Sonesta Bayfront Hotel Coconut Grove    

Excellent location; great location for restaurants; running trail; didn't need a car to get around; beautiful view from the room; fantastic marble floors - wel loved them

Beautiful property and we had a beautiful, comfortable, spacious room with a sitting room, kitchen, bedroom guest bathroom and lovely balcony.

Not a lot of facilities for tourists but the location is fantastic, just steps away from downtown Coconut Grove. Many of the 'apartments' in the hotel are privately owned.

elevators in poor shape. corridors shabby. bathroom old, thankGod it was not hot outside. The air conditionning is antiquated, makes the noise of an airplane, totally unacceptable. in other words a bit expensive for an antiquated building

Situation

Staff not really on the ball. eg no one knew where to hire bikes, public transport, access to nature resserves etc Disappointment for me. I was up early to take the metro no one could advise and the shower in 1814 was never warm at that time i did let the staff know 3 times. no one asked if that was satis. not good I really did not enjoy my stay and I am normally very easy to please. Door on 1814 needs fixing its coming of its hinges .Have you looked into that yet? I did tell you x2.

clean and nice hotel, probably the best bed and bed linen I ever slept in. Edra at the breakfast resturant made us feel extra welcome and gave things a nice personal touch. Very friendly staff all the way through, amazing view from the pool and room.

we checked in at 13.00 and the room was ready it as clean plesent room to be in. also room had a washing machine and dryer so if wanted o could have done the washing

swaped room after one night we thought it would be done by 12noon the latest check out however at 1600hrs still waiting for the room if we had known the time then we could have had a day out rather than waiting to be toldin our room wasted a day

Sofabed in suite is not very comfortable, restaurant staff is friendly but extremely slow

Comfortable rooms - good food

Thr concietge knowledge was way below par. A référence to a fabulous restaurant was a low end bistro- we ended up calling another concierge service at another hotel for good information. . a hotel of this calibur should have knowledgeable concierge service.

Lovely friendly staff, were more than helpful...really luxurious, enjoyable stay, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We return every year for the Sony Erickson Tennis Tournament.

Localização

Muito ruído interno e externo ao hotel.

Hotel é novo, com cozinha completa igual ao Residence Inn. Tem serviço de manobrista e o pessoal da recepção é bastante atencioso. A Limpeza é boa. A varanda com vista para o mar é extraordinária. Ficaria novamente neste hotel se não tivesse vagas em outros hotéis melhores localizados. A suite possui tamanho razoável para casal mais 2 filhos. Existem hotéis com tamanho muito maiores que este pelo preço pago.

Barulho a noite. O som de música de boates e shopping perto incomoda muito a noite. O local fica a uns 10 km do centro de Miami. Da próxima vez, prefiro ficar em Miami Beach ou Doral, pelo mesmo preço pago neste hotel. Ficamos em 2 quartos. Em um dos quartos não tinha máquina de lavar roupas, talvez ela estava na manutenção.

Localização.

Muito caro para o que oferece. Pouco amigável...entre check-in( apoós as 15hs) e check-out (as 11hs) voce já perde quase meia diária...Não voltaria por esse preço...

Super Lage, einfach von Miami Downtown zu erreichen oder um mit dem Mietauto zurück zum Flughafen zu fahren. Gute Restaurants und verschiedene Läden gleich um die Ecke. Restaurant auf Stock 8 schön und gemütlich, Essen und Bedienung gut. Mit den Auskünften an der Rezeption haben wir nur gute Erfahrung gemacht. Wir würden nächstes Mal wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
