Clean, spacious, well decorated accommodations, great view, you never know by booking online but we were very happily surprised. We'll be back! Door locks were difficult and the deadbolts didn't work. |

You were all totally sweet. I have small children and you spoke directly to them, too, which was very nice to see. The facilities guy from Albania was a real gentlemen. He demeanor was pleasant and made me feel safe that he was around and visible often. He swept the shuffle board court for us without us asking -- very cool. Even better, he wrote down a few words (like "shuffle board") in a small black notebook so he could remember for the next guest. His notebook appeared to be full of words and the pages were torn, indicating that he was truly using it and it was not for show. The fact that he his there and you support him makes me want to come back because I know that means you will treat your customers the same way:) Thanks. It would be nice to have some old towels marked "beach towels" for use. I took a few of the nice white ones down to the beach, but I felt guilty about that. Old, junky ones to use would relieve some stress (i.e. if my wife had been with us, she would have freaked out that I was using the white ones for the beach). |

I enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach there. The sunset was beautiful. I really didn't consider it a hotel, no quick place to grab a bite to eat. The facilities were family type. Also no one there to provide information of the surrounding area for food or entertainment. |

It was beautifully decorated inside and out with a great view of the beach. We enjoyed the availability of the gas grills, shuffle board, ping pong and hamocks. Not to mention the fully supplied kitchen and full size washer and dryers. We go back in a heatbeat. |

Clean facilities, staff very helpful. Everything you need to feel at home. Full kitchen. The air conditioner made way too much noise while we were trying to sleep. The guest next door where way too loud when arriving late at night then continued to be loud. If we had been at a regular hotel we would of called the front desk. But we would still make the choice to stay here over a regular hotel. |

it was conveniently located to everything, the walk to the beach was a little too far, especially when you have toddlers and their toys. The pool is very small, and not heated. The room itself was spacious and well equipped, The view was breath taking. |

The staff, especially Joann at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is a plus. Easy to walk to shops, eating, drugstore, and grocery. Just don't buy more than you can carry. I think the hotel should look at updating matresses, pillows, and decor. It is a bit dated. |

Room size No maid service. Receptionist lied about room availability. She stated that there were no rooms available on upper floors. We were on the second floor. Ten minutes into our stay, the serviceman told us a room on th 5th floor was empty. |

Very good location, very comfortable place. Condo very clean and well maintained. Warning to those with families and young children. There appears to be no staff presence after 5 or 6 pm. This along with a large group of young people and lots of alcohol, after midnight two of the four nights things things became X- rated...not R-rated, but X. If you like to sit up late on your quiet balcony and/or are concerned about what your children may see, this may not be the place for you. |

the view It was much older than the photos showed, It was dirty, sandy and not clean at all. No one was around to clean it ( they leave at 5pm). So the first several hours of my Mothers day vacation were spent cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc. Because My granddaughter was comming. |

We loved the layout of our room. We loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. We loved the 3 TVs and the view of the Gulf and beach. Lack of a restaurant. |

The condo was very clean and a good value for the money. The view was beautiful. The grounds were beautiflully landscaped and well groomed. I think this was probably the cleaness hotel/condo I've ever rented. I reserved a 2 bedroom 2bath condo a month before my stay. I was given a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo and there wasn't any thing they could do. They did give me a $160 refund but sleeping on a sofa bed for 3 nights is not my idea of a good time. |

Great location, very friendly staff, nice updated room. Right on the beach. I lost money in the coke machine, TWICE! The checkout procedures were a bit complicated. "Put all towels in tub, place all linens in blue bag, empty garbage, clean all dishes, put away or you will be charged". I left a tip for the housekeeper, but did most of the cleaning myself! Also, ran out of toilet paper with 2 days left. |

The hotel was very clean and up to date. We had a great view and a great balcony. The grounds were very nice and landscaped well. The two hammocks between the palm trees were super! Older TV with no DVD player was disappointing. |
