South Beach Plaza Villas  

After an exhausting journey to reach South Beach Plaza Villas I was greeted with a warm reception from the hotel clerk. He provided me with wonderful service and was very knowledgable about the area. Also, once we reached the room it was very clean and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised by the vintage style combined with the modern touches of the room. I would definitely refer friends and family to this hotel.

The room was very clean. There was no carpet on the floor which was is rare in miami and was good to my allergie. Worth every penny.

The bathroom was too small - like really, really small.

It is very well positioned. Near the beach and the main shop.

Breakfast is poor.

we actually got a mini-suite with a kitchen and mini lounge, and the room was quite spacious. Free beach towels whenever you want (we didn't use)

breakfast was quite poor, so much so that i think they shouldn't have bothered at all. Also, the hotel is made to look better and much more luxurious in the pictures when actually its not really the case. We found a couple of huge cockroaches in the room one night.

Sim, é descrito que o as "ViIllas" dispunham de uma cozinha completa. O que fisicamente é real. Mas não havia um unico copo, colher ou prato para ser usado, quando perguntei me disseram que isso só está disponivel quando a reserva é feita diretamente pelo hotel. Então isso devia estar claramente descrito no Booking......Fiquei nesse hotel para testar o serviço. Estava sozinha entãó poderia ter ficado em um hotel sem essa comodidade ( teorica, já que não funcionava....) só o Microondas e geladeira eram usaveis e isso se você tivesse utensilios para colocar neles..... Outro ponto: não há elevador , para mim um ponto negativo, embora tanto na chegada como na saida os funcionarios amavelmente ajudaram com a bagagem. O "business center" era publico ou seja não havia como checar seus e-mails com privacidade, ficava na recepção, tinha que ser acessado de ´pé com todos podendo ler com você..... A impressora estava quebrada então não se podia imprimir nem um boleto de avião.... O ponto alto do hotel é mesmo a Localização e a boa vontade dos funcionarios.

Saleté de la chambre, vieux mobilier, vieux sanitaires, lit cassé, pas de chaises ni de bureau. Escaliers pénibles, les photos du site semblent correspondre à une suite difficilement imaginable. Prix ne correspond pas à nos attentes. Personnel douteux : attention à votre monnaie surtout si vous êtes touristes.

Das South Beach Plaza ist super gelegen (siehe Maps). Man kann in Badehose zum Strand gehen und ist auch sofort an den angesagtesten Ecken. Allerdings ist es vorallem abends und nachts etwas lauter, so dass wir immer mit Ohrenstöpsel geschlafen haben (wir wohnen sonst auch in der Stadt). Für Leute, die das Hotel wenig nutzen und in erster Linie zum baden und feiern kommen, ist das Hotel vollkommen ausreichend und schön günstig. Es ist sauber und wirkt sicher (Safe im Zimmer).

Vorallem nachts ist es etwas lauter, da die Wände und Decken sehr dünn sind und die Fenster und Türen nicht richtig schließen. Aber mit Ohrenstöpsel haben wir gut geschlafen. Internet (wlan) in den Zimmern funktioniert nur sporadisch. Für Leute, die das Hotel wenig nutzen und in erster Linie zum baden und feiern kommen, ist das Hotel vollkommen ausreichend und schön günstig. Es ist sauber und wirkt sicher (Safe im Zimmer).

Las habitaciones 110/111 estan muy cercanas a un dispenser de hielo. Durante toda la noche hay mucho ruido ocasionado por quienes savan hielo o por el ruido que hace la maquina. Es una pena porque el htl es muy lindo. Solo un comentario para que lo tengan en cuenta y puedan cambiar el mismo de ubicacion.

per la sua posizione centrale non molto silenzioso ma si sopravvive!

El desayuno estaba bien y la localización perfecta.

La habitación 208 tenía muchisimo olor a humedad,se llovía el closet pero lo solucionaron apenas llegué,igualmente no pedí cambio de habitación,ya había desarmado todo y preferí quedarme.
