I liked the location and how it is tucked away just off the freeway. The staff was wonderful in handling any requests we had.

I honestly have nothing negative to say.

I would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. There was one straight back for the computer. Also, a little more counter space in the bathroom, but that was a minor thing.

The staff was apologetic that reservation was not inputted in a timely matter after booking online. Booked with booking.com, called hotel early afternoon to verify that check- in. Needed to check in later than expected. Luckily they had a queen suite available, the room I reserved was not! My reservation that was booked and sent to hotel via fax was never put in the system.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple, complete and very suitable. we would stay here again. The staff was very capable and friendly.

There was a problem with the price quoted. My email stated a lower price than what was charged. The guy at the desk said, don't know what to tell you. I had to have him call his manager. The manager fixed the problem.

Provided what we needed at an excellent price. Quiet. Right off the freeway. Cozy room. Simple breakfast.

Atrakcyjna cena. Lokalizacja pozornie nieatrakcyjna (widać to na Streetview), ale wystarczy przejść kilkaset metrów I jest się w bardzo przyjemnym parku nad rzeką (Snake). Pokoje duże I czyste. Pomimo informacji o braku śniadania przy rezerwacji, ono naprawdę jest. Skromne ale zawsze. Warto zajrzeć do restauracje Jakers (300 m od hotelu). Bardzo dobre jedzenie w dobrych cenach w atrakcyjnym wnętrzu.

Staff seemed poorly trained.Called to make an adjustment to reservation and the front desk made no adjustment or mention of request to extend stay to anyone.

It was quiet, neat and clean.

One light bulb had burnt out in the bathroom. The bathroom door hinge at the bottom was not connected to the door. The breakfast consisted of muffins, coffee, and a sugary juice substitute, with only power creamer condiment for coffee.
