Value, size of rooms, staff. Strong smell of some cleaning product trying to cover up another smell (unidentified). Gave a sense of uncleanliness. Lobby area/surface very clean though. |

The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is competent. We have stayed in the hotel many times under previous ownership and found it to be just as pleasant then as now. We visit family in the German Village area which is where the hotel is located. |

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was filled due to the Columbus Marathon and all guests were allowed late checkout. Great hotel. Would stay here again |

Nothing. With the exeption of one staff member who somewaht resembled a firendly and helpful customer service attitude, there is nothing positive to say about this hotel. So numerous but here are some key issues: 1. Dirty room (filthy cofee marker, bathtub had residue as did the sink), 2. sheets were stained, 3. suppossed to be a non smoking room but stunk of cigarettes, 4. |
