My wife and I profit enormously from the excellent hotel location, on the beach, on the beautiful Collins Av and the proximity with the pedestrian mall on Lincoln Av. |

The location was very central near Lincoln Road and Espanola Way and not far from Ocean Drive.The garden around the pool was a pretty and a lovely quiet area to relax away from the noisy city. The bar and restaurant offered value for money drinks and delicious food. The entrance hall and communal areas were very simple and stylish. Very friendly staff. |

It is directly at a great beach, it is close to Lincoln rd which is a restaurant/shopping street, it is a 10 min walk from Ocean drive, it has a fair pool with plenty of beds with free towels, I had a room with a good view at beach and at multiple neighbour pools, in room tv set was great, free to use computers in seperate room (including printer). No seperate showers to refresh yourself before going to the airport, no parking space (only a parking service). |

The position was very good close to the Art Deco District The hotel was in need of repair throughout. The rooms where damp and our superior double was anything but! |

Location is perfect, bars, restaurants (at Lincoln) and disco! and one block from the Beach, perfect! The photo in the website pass a wrong image... I thought it was a big hotel and in fact it is not. |

Localization in front of beach. The air conditining didn´t work in the first 2 days. There isn´t expresso coffe in the hotel. |

The hotel is quite old and extensive repairs must be done without dispute. Managers try to create some comfort and therefore a lot of flowers are around. But if you are used to have a holiday in comfort and cleanness, this place is not your choice. In addition, to my mind, windows should be washed irrespective of the age of building. |

When My family and I arrived at hotel they had no knowledge of your booking... who's fault? just as well they still had vacancy! your comments please as it undermines my confidence in your service! no fridges in rooms nor tea making facilities |

Good value for the money. Very convenient to excellent restaurants and night life. On beach. Breakfast (although limited) was included. No extra resort fees were tacked on to the bill. Put in smaller room than one booked (none other avail), requested to move the next day to larger room, only avail was on 1st floor so a bit noisy. |

Being close to the beach, with a nice clean room, and access to the buzz on Ocean Drive and Collins Ave. For the price of the room, I think eating breakfast off paper plates and having to use small low level tables and cushions because all tables were in use did not match the quality of the room. Nor did I like the envelope left in the room almost requesting a gratuity. My view is that the quality of the room and the housekeeping is what I paid for, if exceptional service is given I will tip. |
