Quiet, accessability, all the comforts of home. The window covering on the patio door left us with no privacy and allowed light in at night.

Spacious rooms. Location. Friendliness of staff, when they could be reached. Convenient parking. We were there across Thanksgiving. Only two persons staffed the whole hotel. Had to call for front desk service, with wait. No housekeeiping while we were there. Restaurant and lounge were closed. Telephone switchboard not working. It is mostly corporate suites, and offices were closed, still, it is a pricey hotel and should provide normal services.

i liked the layout of the complex. it was very clean. i liked the fruit and drinks provided in the room. the cleanliness and architecture was what i really liked. *i did NOT like NOT having a bathtub. the shower was excellant, but need a tub too. *i did not like getting the type of room i requested when i booked online, they should have sent me an email explaining that they couldn't give me what i asked for. the original room that i was assigned had a building blocking my view from the balcony!! and that was absolutely what i did not want, and i didn't take that room, i ended up taking the room over the bar. it is a rather expensive hotel, i should have been notified so that i could have saved my money and gone elsewhere. it would not have discouraged me from coming back at a later time. but now, it's doubtful if i ever return. *i also did not get my wake up call that i requested at check-in. why?

The air unit in the bedroom sounded like a very loud motor when kicking on during the night. Each time it would kick on, it would awaken my wife and I from our sleep. The mattress was of poor quality and had a tilt to the middle. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Our room was near the stair exit for the second floor, several times during the night and into the early morning, you could hear the door open and people coming up the stairs then slamming doors when they entered their room. It was very annoying.
