The Hotel of South Beach  

The staff, ESPECIALLY the concierge and the doormen were extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked the appearence of the bathrooms, and the cabinet / shelf space in the bedroom.

A little disappointed in the size of the pool. Also, would have been nice to have some extra fridge space for personal items along with what was in the mini-bar.

The service was good

Comfortable beds, great shower, and most of all the staff was amazing. Proximity to everything was great.

We keep coming back, this was our 6th stay @ the Hotel, love the roof top pool area and the new rooms in the annex and the friendly staff.

The location, the staff were great, the bed was super comfy- I slept great! The rooftop bar and pool were super nice.

It was pricey and the room was small for two people. The bathroom was very small with no sink space. No window to look outside which was weird.

The whole experience was very nice.

Loved the rooftop pool with beach views and the rooftop bar for evening cocktails. VERY comfortable bed with luxurious bedlinen. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location

Well designed room with large bathroom and very large shower with a rain head. New and very clean large room with a great style to it. Staff could not be nicer.

I stayed in the sister hotel on Ocean Ave. There was a lot of noise late at night. I wish they had upgraded the windows during this very nice renovation. This is a very busy corner it peek travel weeks, which happened to be when I was staying there.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Small pool on the roof with good view to the see. Quiet are, but very close to the beach and the night life of Ocean Drive. Chair and towels are nice to have free on the beach. Umbrella costs 15 dollars a day thougjh.

A bit expensive vs what you get. Not really a 4 star hotel. Airconditioning noisy.

Great location, close to the excitement of Ocean Ave but just enough removed to be quiet in the room. Trendy design. Great view from the rooftop pool with heated water. Lovely garden courtyard. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. No hidden or extra charges other than tax.

Rooftop bar was not open - seasonal? Had to log-in to wireless every time.

The location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were 2 of the main atributes. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very spacious and well set out.

Being at the back of the hotel it was very noisy with deliveries and refuse collection early in the morning though as this was usually after 7am and we were probably in one of the cheaper rooms we could live with the inconvenience. Glasses we used on the main desk weren't cleaned (though this was a minor point and I'm more than capable of washing them myself).

The Hotel is in a perfect location one street back from Ocean Drive, which puts it a 2 minute walk to all the shops, bars and beech but without the 24 hour noise that you get from the hotels on Ocean Drive. The hotel is one of the nicest designed hotels we saw in South Beach and the rooms are week equipped, functional and very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and finally the roof top pool, bar and cabanas are like an oasis in an otherwise very busy beach location.

You have to pay $16 per day for local public parking. However, the hotel provide you with an entry card which allows you to pay at the end if your stay and we didnt see any other hotels with free on site parking as the area is very built up and busy.

The customer service was above and beyond the top. The hotel was clean and had a great pool on roof top! This place is great for anyone looking to relax. It's just off ocean drive so it quiet but the action is at your finger tips :)

The location is fantastic for shopping, bars, restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping services daily and in the evening they also come round to ask if you require any further towels. The rooftop pool is fantastic and the view is amazing!
