Days Inn Shephard of the Hills    

Checking in went well. The room was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was great.

How clean it was. Stuff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was small.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, but still on the main story; so no stairs to climb. Staying in the mountains was extremely relaxing, quiet, & very comfortable.

No elevator; therefore, not truly handicap accessible. Didn't care for the room layout: no privacy when using the bathroom sink.

I appreciated being accommodated in a room that was handicap accessible.

Couldn't find the refrigerator until the last day - it was in the TV cabinet.

the hot tub was very nice... Breakfast was too, older lady very sweet and done a great job.

wish it had better chairs to set it, highback chairs only place to really rest was the bed...

Beautiful hotel that is budget friendly. Very clean. Everything in the room worked. Beds were comfortable.

No hot sauce at breakfast (if this is the worst I could come up with you are doing pretty good).

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and attentive, rate was very affordable. Breakfast was a real value. My wife was already booking rooms here for our next excursion to Branson

Not the hotels fault, but holy crap how much shine had the old boy had, that laid out that city. Stop and get a good map before you get into town.

The Days Inn is okay. Rooms were clean. Fourth floor was easy to access.

Very poor signage. The hotel is actually called something else but there is a small banner hanging from a sign that says Days Inn. Breakfast was very, very poorly designed. Seating does not accommodate very many guests. Breakfast selection is very limited. Since breakfast was so crowded we ended up just leaving and paying to eat breakfast.

We loved the jacuzzi tub and the king sized bed.

The last day we were there we asked that noone clean our room while we were gone. They came in anyways and changed the sheets and we itched all night long. It was great up until that point. My boyfriend and I have welts all over us from the bites. It was a horrible night trying to sleep..

Easily accessed with convenient parking to room. Large variety Continental Breakfast with extended hours. Large,comfortable rooms with appliances. Quiet location. Friendly, informative,helpful staff. Ornate exterior and interior of building.

Absolutely nothing; would certainly stay here on a next visit.

Staff went home early-before 8PM. No extra advce or services offered. There was a "TORNADO" watch, and being a stranger nobody was there to offer advice. Phone #'s posted were not answered. I would not recommend this Motel or stay here AGAIN".

Location was excellent , Staff was very helpfull in getting tickets to shows. Overall very good.

After we got home and checked our credit card statement on line we found two adminastration charges on our account. We were not told about these and was promised they would be taken off our account , after I called back to Southern Country Inn.

Convenient to all venues. Quiet.

Bedspread was soiled. Room was 'worn/old'. Plumbing fixture (sink) was on backwards.

By using Booking.com, the whole checkin/check out process was quick and hassel free. The room was big, clean, and well furnished. I especially liked the flat screen tv and the expanded cable menu. The access in and out is easy and traffic free while being close to shoping and attractions. I highly recommend this establishment.

The breakfast had just about anything you could want but didn't have any catsup for my eggs. That's the only thing I found lacking during my three day stay.

i stayed two nights and booked from the internet.and i didn't expect the hotel to be as nice as it was. modern and very clean with a friendly desk clerk who helped us get show tickets at a discount. there free breakfast was very good and i was suprised that it had more on it than the usual bagel or dry toast. ( scrambled eggs, sausage and gravey ) the price was great 78.86 for two nights including tax. my wife and i will go back next time and i'd give it a 4 1/2 stars on a 1-5 scale. you can't go wrong with this one and we should know because we travel a lot.....and have experenced good and bad along the way
