les habitacions estaven netes i correctes . Com a aspecte negatiu la nevera de l habitacio estaba una mica trencada per lús. la catifa en general de l'hotel es una mica antiga tot i que acceptable. Per sort l'habitacio tenia parquet sintetic en bon estat. no hi ha telefon a l habitacio pel que si has de parlar amb recepció has de baixar al 1r pis. |

It is very close to the downtown San Francisco. I could get to the Union Square only for 3 minutes. It is really convinient to get to shopping centers in San Francisco. |

The location of the hotel is perfect. the room was nice! the cleaning lady wanted to clean the room eventhough it was not even time to check out yet... |

Reasonably fast wireless was free, which was good Bcuz there was no phone in the room. Close to train lines, central. Door and window locks were insecure, and I hid my laptop under the mattress when I left the room. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and the style of the old building it was in. I did not like that there wasnt any parking near the garage. However I was able to find a parking garage a few blocks away. |

there was Bad security. The staff not very helpful and peeping toms in the window while my girlfriend was changing. Overall I was very creeped out by the whole experience and also not comfortable with there being residence that actually live in the building. |

Convenient location. Very noisy on the weekend. Chamber maids came very early every morning! No "Do Not Disturb" signs to put out and a mentally ill guest (?) left to rant for hours into the early morning. |

we stayed in 7 hotels on our trip to the usa and this was by far the worst not even a 1 star hotel from the desk staff up very very poor |

The mattress was very comfortable. Some of the front desk staff were not helpful. Barbara from Poland was very friendly and helpful |

The location is very good, just a few steps the cable car, Bart etc. Our room had a nice, clean bathroom, but some rooms only has shared bathroom, take care, when you're booking. The bed in the double room is not comfortable for two persons, I only recommend it for couples. The breakfast is poor, and the wifi signal is very low. |
