Spaulding Hotel

立地条件が非常にいいです。どこへ行くにも歩いて数分。パウェル駅からスーツケースを引きずって行っても苦- にならない距離でした。部屋が広くベッドも清潔でした。ホテルには寝に帰るだけという人にはお薦めです。あ- の場所であの料金は安いです。

部屋に電話が無いのにはびっくり！フロントに用事がある時もわざわざ降りて行かなければならず不便。TVが- 壊れていました。はじめにアサインされた部屋は、奥の静かな方でしたが、鍵が開かず、ドアノブを回していた- ら壊れそうになったので、騒々しいのは承知で、通り側の非常階段に近い部屋に替えてもらいました。部屋は見- てから決めた方がいいと思います。

ホテルの建物自体はあまり新しいわけではないですが、ベッドマットは比較的新しい低反発のマットだったよう- で、ゆっくり快適に休むことができました。今回は５階の部屋で通りに面した側だったので、時々車の音や人の- 声など聞こえましたが、大して気になりませんでした。アメニティがすべてBath＆Body Works製品だったことはうれしかったです。

部屋に冷蔵庫があるのは良かったのですが、欲を言えばポットくらいはつけておいてほしかったです。１週間以- 上の滞在だったので、近くの雑貨屋で１０ドル程度で売っていた物を購入して使いました。クローゼットのスペ- ースは充分な広さでしたが、ハンガーがないので自分で準備したほうが良いです。しかし、Powell駅から- 徒歩３分という便利さでこの値段なら、充分なホテルだったと思います。

very old hotel and first room we were offered paint peeling from walls and second room had dirty linen glad we were there for 2 nights only ....

It was in union square which was close to the venues we wanted to see.

The bathroom in our room had urine on it and there was no coffee maker or iron in the room.

location is great. , i appreciated the internet and the microwave and the ref in the hotel. nice.

the sheets were not changed , toiletries were not supplied otherwise every thing was okay.

This hotel was the definition of a budget hotel, however, budget hotels don't necessarily have to be as dirty and lacking in amenities as this hotel. Even a Motel 6 has a bar of soap and a Do Not Disturb sign. Someone staying across the hall had to hand write a Do Not Disturb sign and tape it to their door. No hot water from the sink, a large stain in the middle of the bedspread, dirty walls and hair throughout the room just added to the nastiness of this place. Stay away!

central location

the internet was great, and location but the rooms left alot to be desired, quite alot for the facilities.

My room was clean. I like the hotel's location as well.

There was a lot of noise during daytime (2) Although I hanged on the door a "don't disturb" sign, room-service personnel ignored it and entered my room more than once. (3) Rooms have no coffee-makers and the hotel does not hot water for making hot drinks. It only has a microwave, which the receptionist told me that I can use to boil water!! (4) There are no telephones in the rooms (5) There is no cable TV (6) The hotel charged $$5 in order to reserve the shuttle for me, which cost $$15 in addition to that charge. I have discovered latter that other companies charge around $$12 in total.

Hotel was a older, and the room was basic, but it was clean (I need clean!). It was cheap at 70 dollars for San Fran and that's why I booked it; excellent price. They had on-site Internet and laundry too.

It is very close to the downtown San Francisco. I could get to the Union Square only for 3 minutes. It is really convinient to get to shopping centers in San Francisco.

Reasonably fast wireless was free, which was good Bcuz there was no phone in the room. Close to train lines, central.

Door and window locks were insecure, and I hid my laptop under the mattress when I left the room.
