前にバーがあり夜中騒いでいる客の声がうるさくて寝れなかった。でも立地条件はよく、移動に好都合だった。 2泊したが2泊目はシャンプーなどのアメニティの補充がなかった。ハンドタオルがなかった。 |

ホテルの建物自体はあまり新しいわけではないですが、ベッドマットは比較的新しい低反発のマットだったようで、ゆっくり快適に休むことができました。今回は５階の部屋で通りに面した側だったので、時々車の音や人の声など聞こえましたが、大して気になりませんでした。アメニティがすべてBath＆Body Works製品だったことはうれしかったです。 部屋に冷蔵庫があるのは良かったのですが、欲を言えばポットくらいはつけておいてほしかったです。１週間以上の滞在だったので、近くの雑貨屋で１０ドル程度で売っていた物を購入して使いました。クローゼットのスペースは充分な広さでしたが、ハンガーがないので自分で準備したほうが良いです。しかし、Powell駅から徒歩３分という便利さでこの値段なら、充分なホテルだったと思います。 |

建物が非常に古く、最初廊下を歩いた時は不安だったが、睡眠のみを目的にしているなら特に大きな問題はなし。水周りは意外に清潔だった。 ドアノブを強く回すと外れてしまう。安全面を見るとあまり長期滞在向けではないかも知れない。インターネットがなぜかつながらず。 |

Reasonably fast wireless was free, which was good Bcuz there was no phone in the room. Close to train lines, central. Door and window locks were insecure, and I hid my laptop under the mattress when I left the room. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and the style of the old building it was in. I did not like that there wasnt any parking near the garage. However I was able to find a parking garage a few blocks away. |

there was Bad security. The staff not very helpful and peeping toms in the window while my girlfriend was changing. Overall I was very creeped out by the whole experience and also not comfortable with there being residence that actually live in the building. |

Convenient location. Very noisy on the weekend. Chamber maids came very early every morning! No "Do Not Disturb" signs to put out and a mentally ill guest (?) left to rant for hours into the early morning. |

we stayed in 7 hotels on our trip to the usa and this was by far the worst not even a 1 star hotel from the desk staff up very very poor |

The location is very good, just a few steps the cable car, Bart etc. Our room had a nice, clean bathroom, but some rooms only has shared bathroom, take care, when you're booking. The bed in the double room is not comfortable for two persons, I only recommend it for couples. The breakfast is poor, and the wifi signal is very low. |

Location Wireless internet Hi-Fi & Mobile Phone signals are not received at all. You need to advise hotel to improve these features and door locks are broken and screws are coming out from inside and door closig was a problem. |

Hotel is centrally located in Union Square. If you are looking for a place to sleep with value in mind this is a good place. Rooms are updated with fresh paint, laminate wood floors and new tile bathrooms and posture temperpedic beds. Good value for the money. Hallways have the old building musty smell. |

Location. Everything else. The rooms are horrible, the advertised WiFi does not reach all rooms, the "continental breakfast" means a bagel and a donut with coffee. |

Centrally located Fan didn't work without light on. Very little cold water from tap in bathroom. Some undesirable guests. Clock didn't work.Breakfast was rubbish. |
