IT was very close to the mall and the suites had a shuttle bus to and from the mall.. they shuttled you as well to the transit station which was very convenient. IT was very clean adn very friendly staff. It was a great place to stay and very affordable

Nothing. Everything was very good there. Pool coulda been bigger if we used it but we didn't. But very nice hotel.

You didn't have on demand movies to purchase and no room.service which is a little disappointing. I would honestly not come back just because of those. That's what you look for in a hotel. Luxury.

Almost everything was great, friendly staff, clean place, great rooms

Not really any food to eat onsite, breakfast was really good, but no one around to ask for stuff when it ran out, no one to clean off tables or clean up spills when kids and adults dropped plates on floor, no employees around the breakfast nook on Sunday or Saturday

The room appeared clean but the gross stuff on the full length mirror made you wonder... Also, there was way too much fragrance for me.

On the second night of a three night stay someone attempted to kick our door in at 1:30 AM. This wasn't a pounding "I forgot my key" and oops I'm at the wrong room. This was a break in attempt. There were visible scuff marks on the door from where they tried to kick the handle off. After being awoken we called the front desk. Front desk didn't identify themselves and said they would be right up to talk to us. Nobody showed up. We spoke to someone else the next morning and she advised that the night desk manager made no notes of any sort. We were advised we would be contacted by a manager. One day later, no call from a manager. Spoke to another front desk clerk who said there was no record but would have the manager call. After two and a half days the general manager, Joe, called. He could not have been more unprofessional, condescending and rude. All I heard from him were excuse after excuse. At one point he even laughed at us like he thought an attempted break in at his hotel was a funny occurance. His parting words of wisdom were, "we already have your money. There's nothing I can do about it now. We are not responsible for your security or safety." .....Really?!?! He advised if we felt unsecure we should have called the police. I asked for his supervisors number and went back and forth with him for two minutes. He would absolutely not give me his supervisors number. I was given her name and advised she would call. She called three days later. Five days after the incident. She was much more professional and made things right with us. I would highly suggest you DO NOT stay at this hotel under any circumstances. Their general manager, Joe, is a complete clown and should not be dealing with customers or employees. He was obviously covering for his boyfriend or an employee that thought it would be funny. I'm assuming by the level of anger his boss had over his mishandling of the situation he is either cleaning toilets there or unemployed.

We were transferred the next door hotel at Hampton inn, because they over booked us but the hotel management as well us receptionists are very friendly and accommodating in solving the error. Hampton inn, receptionists were very understanding and we had a great stay at that hotel. Clean rooms and easy check in and check out.

The fact that we called in earlier prior to our arrival to confirm reservation and the response we got was our room is ready. we got there, and we were told of an over booking. They managed to solve the problem at the end.

The location was very convenient and the shuttle was super!!! Check in night, the young girl at the front desk was very helpful in finding the closest Honda dealer for our car. We really appreciated the help being unfamiliar with the area.

so much of what i have to say is positive. The ambience, cleanliness, convenience, quiet, i could go on and on.

i feel you have definate staff issues. The front desk guy....didnt get his name was arrogant and made me look stupid, or at least he tried to. the bartender, while nice and friendly was a ditz. We ordered a pizza and didnt have drinks so I didnt get a long interaction with her but she isnt doing the business any favors. The breakfast staff was either lazy or just swamped because we couldnt even get coffee at 930 am and when they did put it out it was full of grounds. They were out of everything and I couldnt wait any longer so I grabbed a box of cereal and a yogurt and took it to my room. I am a travel agent and while I love love love the property, I would feel I had to warn my clients if they choose to book this property.

Very comfortable room and great bed.

The only complaint I have is the parking. Some people had boats taking up 3 spaces, some double parked their huge SUV's, and you had $10.00 fee for guaranteed underground. So each night we had to park next door. We are a mature couple who can use the walk and don't usually mind extra walking but my husband has had foot surgery so this time it was inconvenient. You should check for large craft though and have them park next door where taking up 3 spaces would not inconvenience others. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Sincerely, Susan Endicott

I liked your staff and your Breakfast is great. Your rooms are just wonderful and pool are is just great.

I ended up getting another place next two nights because you were to be full. I did get our room for 1/2 less at Double tree in Bloomington. Nice place, but liked your place much more and so did my wife.

Overall, very positive experience

Booking agent created some confusion by using middle initial as the first letter of last name. Thankfully, we had reason to call the hotel in advance of our arrival and, after some initial confusion, the mistake was discovered and corrected.

The walls of the rooms are thin. You can hear your neighbors and the elevator areas have a buring smell to them. I"m not sure if that's the elevators themselves or the carpet in the area
