2 tv's, lots of restaurants in area
Breakfast food not so good
Everything was good overall
The Extra pillow in the closet had a used dirty pillow
Ease of getting to local attractions
Got in late (11:30PM). Intercom to get in lobby and had to have another guest let us in. Toenails and peanuts on floor between beds and toenail on coverlet. Room obviously not cleaned. Manager did make it right and comped room.
Extra room with pull out made less cramped with 3 kids
Great breakfast but no waffle maker. Suite was good size. Nice pool and hot tub. Loved the coffee and hot chocolate that was available all the time. Staff got us extra towels and toiletries as needed.
No waffle maker. Would have preferred 2 queens but the 2 doubles were ok.
I liked everything
The room was spacious and clean and there was a desk and decent sized kitchen area.
The décor left something to be desired, as did the general comfort of the bed. I tossed and turned all night. The couch, while useful, was terribly uncomfortable, had no sheets, and my guest ended up using a small inflatable mattress to make it comfortable. I felt like 200 was just too much to pay for a suite with uncomfortable beds and a lackluster couch. I would have just as soon paid 150 for a regular room. We were alos told that check out was at noon, then told it was more like 2. Those 2 extra hours would have been nice to know about. No one likes to be rushed getting out of town.
Location was good.
Was disappointed that this suite did not have privacy for the bedroom.
The friendly atmosphere! All the staff treated me and my family like royalty! One of the ladies working breakfast fixed some sausage. It was special because they had ham instead of sausage. She deserves a raise!
No complaints! EXECELLENT SERVICE!
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Love that you had maps and directions prepared to hand out to guests.
Lukewarm reception. No offer of assistance. Bathroom was not properly laid out. Toilet tissue could not be reached from commode.
Registration/ check-out were easy, staff friendly, beds very comfortable, breakfast was excellent - hot and varied daily.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Close to Asheville downtown and Biltmore House.
Found the breakfast-room to small. Breakfast selection only standard.
The staff was more than courteous and went out of their way to try and make up for the mattress situation the best they could.
The beds were hard as a ROCK!!! we barely slept and woke up hurting all over, Marriott really needs to upgrade their mattresses.
The hotel was located near downtown Asheville.
The overall quality of the accommodations did not support the cost of the room. In other words, the hotel was overpriced!
Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was pretty good.
Room was not laid out like current models of these suites but still nice. Pool smelled like too stong of chemicals.
Spacious room, great healthy breakfast offerings.
Bed was a bit hard and there wasn't a hair dryer as I've come to expect at hotels of that caliber/price point. Didn't ask for one as traveling companion had one
Room was great. Loved the amenities
Wifi was a pain to use
Breakfast was excellent. Nice clean facility.
The room was really comfortable and well equipped.
The couple who managed the breakfast were the friendliest most helpful staff I've encountered in a long time.
Room had a bit of an odd smell. It wasn't over powering by any stretch but took some getting use to.
No surprises. Everything was wonderful!
