Good facilities, close to the area we needed to be. Friendly reception staff who were very helpful when a room change was requested.

The traffic noise in our original room. The IH-35 runs close to the hotel and does create some traffic noise.

Everything about our stay. No complaints. Very satisfied and I will recommend !

Location, staff, room and facilities were all very nice. Great price for a great room.

I'm not a fan of rooms being able to share with ajoining rooms through a door in the room. But other than that great stay.

Goumet is not quite good, there is no choise but same menu every day, not many hot meals, and the dinning room should be twice bigger than the current one, hornestly it's too small, not convenient.

Easy access to highway interchange taking you anywhere in Austin....airport, mall, restaurants,gyms, etc...

Up and gone too early every day to take advantage of breakfast!!!!! Earlier hours would be nice....

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The bathroom floors were dirty and the sheets were torn.

The staff always greeted me when I walked in with a "hello" and seemed happy to see me. They seemed to appreciate the fact that I was a customer.

The air conditioner in our room ran all night. I called the front desk and they told me it would likely shut off in a few minutes. It did not. I told a person at the front desk about it the next day and they said someone would take a look at it. When I came in later that day, there was a sign on the A/C unit stating that the unit was controlled by the wall thermostat. Would have helped if the front desk person knew that in the first place.

I liked the breakfast the most with a large variety of food to choose from. Only one other hotel of this type had a better breakfast than SHS did.

The biggest knock on this place was the temp inside the pool area it was extremely hot in there. The hottub was not properlyworking. All in all I would stay here again.

The breakfast was very good.

Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor... Nor did the staff seem interested in doing anything about it. Had to come to lobby area for ice during my two-day stay. The bathroom area was a pleasant surprise. The king-sized bed made access to the closet very interestnig. The fact that none of the furniture even closely matched in color or design gave a hint as to the reason for the room price.

We enjoyed our stay - friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, clean rooms & common areas. In fact, we liked our first night there so much that we can back 2 nights later. Thanks!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast! More variety than we expected. They even have hot food items! Bed was very comfortable and room very clean. Loved the outdoor hot tub as well...

Can't complain, but the couch/hide-a-bed is a little used-looking. Could stand to be updated...

Breakfast was great. Room was large.

Not enough parking. Not enough seating at breakfast.

Good for the money we paid. The hotel has more less everything.

Location is not so far to the city center but you still need a car. The beds were comfortable but the couch could be better.
