Clean. Housekeeper on second day of stay cleaned room and did an excellent job. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.
Online stated hotel had a crib if available. Checking in was told a crib was available. Staff brought up a pack and play and just laid it in room. Not a crib and not set up for us. Disappointed. Had 3 adults and 1 young child and a baby. When sofa bed pulled out could not walk past it to get to kitchen area. Had to crawl over it.
The rooms were spacious, clean and generally comfortable. There was a small frig, coffee maker, and microwave. Breakfast was okay, but you were offered a good variety, the coffee was hot and hot food was kept at a good temperature. The mattress that we had was fine, but they were replacing mattresses during our stay (so someone will get a brand new one to sleep on).
The bandwidth was inconsistent, the lights went out briefly several times in the bathroom (while showering), one of the elevators got stuck (while some poor guy was in it) and both worked inconsistently for the five days we stayed.
I didn't like being in a handicapped room. There was no counter space in the bathroom, but I'm not sure if other rooms are any better. The sofa bed, when folded out, made it nearly impossible to get to the other beds.
Right off freeway. Can get to all attractions fairly easy. Staff was very polite and helpful. Exercise room was great.
Room space extremely small, no dresser to put clothes away. My son and I Tripped over door stopper in the middle of floor several times, causing us to hurt our toes and foot.
Free breakfast. It's why we choose Marriott, Spring Hill.
No doors on bathroom and no tv for suite area. Couldn't watch tv in bed if someone was watching tv from couch.
Wasn't as nice as the pictures. Lobby furniture wasn't very impressive. Rooms were okay but not all that nice.
Two bedrooms were convenient for privacy for couple and sister.
Check-in time was awful. It took 43 minutes to check in! There were 9 people ahead of me when I walked in and only one person at the desk. And he was also responding to people who didn't have bedsheets, pillows, etc. It left a very bad first impression.
Rooms were good and breakfast was good.
Small breakfast area. Not enough space.
The rooms are very cozy and nice. It is very clean. The price was a little steep compared to a hotel I stayed in with a kitchenette and it was very nice too!
Front desk staff was excellent.
Staff pleasant to deal with. Front desk staff willing to deal with last minute reservation..acommodating .
the layout of the room...L shape. I guess I am more used to the lliving room/bedroom layout of Comfort Suites. So, may be personal preference.
liked the clean rooms and bedding.
Too many small pillows. Must remember to bring my own.
We liked everything about our stay. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I think this is the best hotel that we've stayed in and trust me, we've stayed in a lot over the years.
The room was perfect. The staff where honest when i forgot a folder with money in the front desk they return it the moring.
Beds were comfortable.
The suite was very small compared to other suites we've stayed. It felt very cramped.
