I loved the bed.
I wish the breakfast time was extended until 11am since it is still the morning. I am a late riser. Should have thicker comforter. The heater/fan was a bit loud.
The pool, the accommodations, the room was beautiful, delicious breakfast
Bed was comfortable, room was roomy, shower was good.
Heater/AC blower is loud and annoying.
We asked for two adjoining quiet rooms for a family gathering. The doors could open between the rooms and their was a fridge, microwave, sink and sitting area which was perfect for snacking and socializing after the kids played in the pool. Breakfast was delicious. We never left the hotel!
The pool was a little cold for wimpy grown ups but kids didn't seem to mind. It would have been nice to have a table in the pool area. But really, these are really minor issues and we are planning more family meet ups there
the staff there greeted me so pleasantly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also, when I left the hotel on Sunday I forgot my expensive watch there and they were so honest and kept it for me until I went back to retrieve it. Thank you guys so much. I would definitely stay here again!!
I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. It fit my family very comfortably and had room for my children to spread out.
The only thing I was disappointed with was how small the pool was.
Absolutely loved how clean and comfortable the room was for my family. And how they provided me with a portable crib for my 4 month old. We loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. And the complimentary breakfast. It was good not to have to think for food in the morning, and variety was awesome.
I didn't like that the only time the staff talked to us was when we approached them with a question and that was it. I expected a good morning in the morning as we left to visit with family, and maybe a good evening when we returned. The amenities were not explained thoroughly... We asked a lot if questions throughout our stay. (About wifi, pool, etc)
The services were good and the room was very spacious for all 6 of us. (2 adults, 4 children). The breakfast was great.
The hot tub was a bit dirty. It should get clean more often (dirt around the rim).
Everything was wonderful. Staff and accommodations were great. Good value also.
Nothing. No complaints what so ever. Everything I expected and more. Great products. Loved it.
It has everything, including breakfast, pool, jacuzy, internet, parking, cable for the prize which was very reasonable. I would stay there again.
I didn't like the way you had to look for channels on the tv. You had to wait a while to see the channel, was not instantly like the others we stay at.
Very clean friendly staff out of the way thus should be a peaceful location
No soundproofing between rooms or between floors. The family in the next room sounded like they were in our room - every word. It sounded like hoof steps on the floor above me. Not restful. Poorly ventilated room: air conditioner on - too close to bed felt like a gale. Air conditioner off - the room was stuffy. Window didn't open.
I loved the style . The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool area was perfect for the kids. The hotels breakfast and coffee in the morning was delicious.
Clean and fair priced.
Breakfast crowded in lobby
Hotel looks quite modern, and clean. Nice landscape around. Room is very well equipped and kingsize bed is very comfortable.
Aircon unit in the room sounded like a lawn mower. Impossible to sleep. The neighbours decoded to party at 2 am. deven the loud aircon unit could not cover the noise they were making. We learned that when booking through Booking.com, we could not ask for a quiet room whereas on Mariott site we could... Do people have to ask for that kind of obvious stuff... Is there someone who would like to book a noisy room? ridiculous. Fix your damn aircon or replace them
The women at the front desk at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, roomy, and clean. We expected a very basic continental breakfast, and were pleasantly surprised at the abundance of choices served.
Really no complaints at all. Since we had children, we looked for a place with in indoor pool to give them something to do in the evening. Would have been nice if the pool was bigger. At one point in the night there were 13 people & kids there and it was a bit crowded and loud. I imagine this doesn't happen very often, so it's probably not worth it for the hotel to have a bigger pool; but that would probably be the only thing that would have been nicer for us.
We had a king bed AND a bathtub in the same room (2 other hotels we stayed at didn't have this option). Very clean. Room was a decent size (could fit a playpen). Free wifi.
Breakfast was just "ok". Not enough seating in breakfast area. We turned back to our room because we couldn't find seating. Lack of fresh fruit available for breakfast. Small pool. One of the staff members was a bit overbearing and in your face.
Breakfast was good, beds comfy, only issue the suites are a bit small, but not a major issue.
Pool is not heated as seen on website, it is also quite small, not sure in past but when we were there there was so much chlorine in the pool barely see the bottom.
People were friendly.I would definitely stay there again.
Quiet location adjacent to a convenient running trail along the Merrimack, yet not far off the highway. The rooms were quiet too. Although we slept in we were not bothered by hall noise. Excellent staff. Sent a fax to my DMV when I realized I was traveling with an expired license, and friendly in all my encounters. Good selection of foods in the free breakfast - cereals, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, various pastries and spreads. Had pack n play available and pull out couch for our kids, plus a king bed for us.
Small room for a "suite". I don't regularly stay at suite hotels, so I can't really compare, but with the couch pulled out there was only about 6 inches between it and the tv stand. We were able to move, but it was pretty cramped.
This place is fabulous. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
This was my first visit to that area of Boston and to this hotel. I got to this hotel after 9.00 PM at night. Locating this hotel was not easy because there are more than one hotel within this vast area of land. There were no direction arrows, pointing to SpringHill Suites. I ended up driving into a couple of dead ends and having to backup a couple of times. Eventually I located what appeared to be the hotel. There was a big confusion. I had to go in to verify that I was at the right place. What happened is that the light bulb for the Letter S had died, and in night I could only read "PingHill". I pointed this out to the receptionist at night and thought she would have followed to notice this observation but she did not. I am not sure if that light bulb has been replaced. It is not good public relations for a magnificent place like that.
