The services were good and the room was very spacious for all 6 of us. (2 adults, 4 children). The breakfast was great.
The hot tub was a bit dirty. It should get clean more often (dirt around the rim).
It has everything, including breakfast, pool, jacuzy, internet, parking, cable for the prize which was very reasonable. I would stay there again.
I didn't like the way you had to look for channels on the tv. You had to wait a while to see the channel, was not instantly like the others we stay at.
Very clean friendly staff out of the way thus should be a peaceful location
No soundproofing between rooms or between floors. The family in the next room sounded like they were in our room - every word. It sounded like hoof steps on the floor above me. Not restful. Poorly ventilated room: air conditioner on - too close to bed felt like a gale. Air conditioner off - the room was stuffy. Window didn't open.
I loved the style . The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool area was perfect for the kids. The hotels breakfast and coffee in the morning was delicious.
Clean and fair priced.
Breakfast crowded in lobby
Hotel looks quite modern, and clean. Nice landscape around. Room is very well equipped and kingsize bed is very comfortable.
Aircon unit in the room sounded like a lawn mower. Impossible to sleep. The neighbours decoded to party at 2 am. deven the loud aircon unit could not cover the noise they were making. We learned that when booking through Booking.com, we could not ask for a quiet room whereas on Mariott site we could... Do people have to ask for that kind of obvious stuff... Is there someone who would like to book a noisy room? ridiculous. Fix your damn aircon or replace them
The women at the front desk at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, roomy, and clean. We expected a very basic continental breakfast, and were pleasantly surprised at the abundance of choices served.
Really no complaints at all. Since we had children, we looked for a place with in indoor pool to give them something to do in the evening. Would have been nice if the pool was bigger. At one point in the night there were 13 people & kids there and it was a bit crowded and loud. I imagine this doesn't happen very often, so it's probably not worth it for the hotel to have a bigger pool; but that would probably be the only thing that would have been nicer for us.
We had a king bed AND a bathtub in the same room (2 other hotels we stayed at didn't have this option). Very clean. Room was a decent size (could fit a playpen). Free wifi.
Breakfast was just "ok". Not enough seating in breakfast area. We turned back to our room because we couldn't find seating. Lack of fresh fruit available for breakfast. Small pool. One of the staff members was a bit overbearing and in your face.
Breakfast was good, beds comfy, only issue the suites are a bit small, but not a major issue.
Pool is not heated as seen on website, it is also quite small, not sure in past but when we were there there was so much chlorine in the pool barely see the bottom.
People were friendly.I would definitely stay there again.
Quiet location adjacent to a convenient running trail along the Merrimack, yet not far off the highway. The rooms were quiet too. Although we slept in we were not bothered by hall noise. Excellent staff. Sent a fax to my DMV when I realized I was traveling with an expired license, and friendly in all my encounters. Good selection of foods in the free breakfast - cereals, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, various pastries and spreads. Had pack n play available and pull out couch for our kids, plus a king bed for us.
Small room for a "suite". I don't regularly stay at suite hotels, so I can't really compare, but with the couch pulled out there was only about 6 inches between it and the tv stand. We were able to move, but it was pretty cramped.
This place is fabulous. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
This was my first visit to that area of Boston and to this hotel. I got to this hotel after 9.00 PM at night. Locating this hotel was not easy because there are more than one hotel within this vast area of land. There were no direction arrows, pointing to SpringHill Suites. I ended up driving into a couple of dead ends and having to backup a couple of times. Eventually I located what appeared to be the hotel. There was a big confusion. I had to go in to verify that I was at the right place. What happened is that the light bulb for the Letter S had died, and in night I could only read "PingHill". I pointed this out to the receptionist at night and thought she would have followed to notice this observation but she did not. I am not sure if that light bulb has been replaced. It is not good public relations for a magnificent place like that.
Facility felt modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Somewhat difficult to find
the pool and little excercise area were great. free breakfast was great....a little crowded. the room was great we had the 5 of us stay
noisey ice machine next to the room.
Loved the breakfast. Liked that all 5 of us could get 1 room. Liked the kitchenette.
Air conditioning is always a bit of a pain in hotels - blasts super cold to get to the needed temperature then turns off til you're hot and repeats.
The hotel was extremely clean and staff was excellent. Front desk lady printed out directions for us to get to the seacoast in Gloucester.
Not much nearby and certainly dont want to travel to downtown Lawerence after dark if you dont need to. Even had a staff member of the local rite-aide tell us it wasnt a good neighborhood to be in after dark!!!
In the room - we could have used a room divider for kids to change in
Everything! The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, the rooms were very well kept and had a modern feel. There are a lot of shopping options close by as well as Hampton Beach where we spent the day. I have no complaints at all about this hotel or location. Now the hard part will be finding SpringHill Suites outside of ma.
We loved the breakfast buffet, pool/whirlpool, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms. The grounds were spectacular. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely go back again!
superb staff, really helpful people. 24/7 coffee great room
not enough breakfast space when the hotel was full.
Jacuzzi wasn't working at that time and small pool.
Size of suites
A bit far from Boston downtown
