The Beds were super comfy, and the staff was extremely nice. Everything was clean and modern upkeep
Their was nothing I disliked
The staff was very friendly and professional...a very kid friendly environment as well.
I have nothing negative to say.
Hotel was very clean . Breakfast in the Lobby was surprisingly good.
Cab service to town was difficult especially at night coming back to the hotel. Also, the prices were never the same
Everything. I'm handicap and it was great for me. Maniger was so great also.
Online the reviews were great and the pictures were encouraging. In person, Peabody did not disappoint! Their spacious rooms, great bedding, nice kitchenette, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and attentive host, alongside its modern décor made our Halloween vacation one to remember. It was conveniently located to Salem, as well as any kind of shopping or restaurants you may have desired. the Walmart with the escalator and shopping cart funicular was pretty cool too!
Bathrooms were stylish, but could have used a couple extra wall hooks. We only had (1) trashcan so an extra one would have been great too.
The suites were comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the free parking was nice. Good value for the money. We did not want for anything. We had lots of space in our suite plus it was nice to be able to make use of the lounge area. For example the four of us had a take-out dinner and ate it there. The best part though was the staff! :)
Friendly staff, everyone was helpfull and seemed to enjoy their jobs, and that created a good atmosphere. the bed was the most comfortable that I have slept on at a hotel.
the menu for the tv was a little confusing, the front screen does not have tv listings they are in a book on the desk, so at first the system makes you think that there are only premium and on demand listings.
Staff were great very helpful - first time in Salem ms - went for the witches ball-
The only complaint I have was we were there for Halloween (witches ball) it would have been great if the hotel could have had shuttles to Salem for the occasion - taxis were hard to come by and it was a nightmare trying to get back that night.
Very good breakfast
Front desk staff and breakfast area staff were wonderful. Polite and helpful. Really a pleasure to deal with
Housekeeping services were less than optimal. Did not seem like our floor was vacuumed, beds were poorly made, pillows were not put back on the bed, and the amount and type of towels left differed each day. This lack of attention to detail really reflected poorly on the whole trip. Would like to see recycling receptacles on property.
I called about our microwave and it was changed out within 5 minutes of my call.
The jacuzzi was not working and they said the pool was 82 degrees. When we got to the room we were cold and couldnt wait to get to the pool. The jacuzzi was closed iff and the pool water felt cold.
Clean, friendly staff, close to sites and events in the region. Close to highways.
Hard to get to from highway, can not turn left to get here from highway (just in one direction). Must drive 1/2 mile up and turn around. Can not pay in cash, must use credit cards. I prefer to pay in cash when out of town just in case!
Great location, friendly staff, great price & nice breakfast. Definitely recommend.
The hospitality of the staff.
Location and price
Breakfast was great. Room's decoration also.
Sofabed wasn't confortable to sleep.
The staff here was amazing. Especially a women named Briana Jurs. She was so welcoming and did everything she could to help us with anything we needed! She was so awesome & I will come back just to see her!
I didn't like the roads, but that wasn't hotels fault. I also didn't like that there was no restaurant or bar inside of the hotel.
Location which was close to the airport
Staff was GREAT! They were friendly, attentive and polite; eager to help you with anything you needed. My daughters loved the complimentary Halloween treats they gave them and we all enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning during our stay. I called ahead to request extra pillows and towels and was pleasantly surprised to see it was there waiting for us. The room was very clean and I liked the layout for the King Studio.
The signage to find the hotel isn't very visible from roadside. I kept looking up for the sign like the other hotels had and SpringHill has theirs located ground level right by the driveway you turn into. I drove by every time I returned during my stay and it's not easy to turn around if you don't know the area well. A little more room to unpack would be nice. There were two small drawers with the TV stand and a closet...not enough for three plus people, or two people even, depending on how long your stay is.
We liked that iy is close to Salem. Good value for your money. Too expensive to stay in salem this time of year. Has a great breakfast buffet. Room is big and comfortable. Fit 5 people without being squashed. The inly negative thing was when we entered our room, it smelled stale like BO We turned air conditioner on and it took smell away.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Location - tricky to find and to get back to.
Good breakfast choices. Helpful staff. Easy wi fi connection
Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was warm and plenty of food with healthy selections. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially a front desk clerk named Steven. He had a great sense of humor and was very helpful. Location was only 10 minutes from Salemn. I took my daughter for her 13 th Birthday for the weekend and had a wonderful time. Our family has traveled a lot in and out of the country and this hotel is at the top of my list.
Movie rentals were a little pricey at about $16.00 a movie.
Got what we expected, which served all of our needs quite well.
Given its location about 75 yards off the highway, behind a small strip mall, a better, and lighted, roadside sign would have been greatly appreciated, especially when arriving at night. Strangely, we didn't have a "do not disturb" sign for the door, although this did not cause a problem. This is located at the east, northbound side of the highway. A hand-out map of how to get to the other side of the highway, for to travel south to Boston, would have been a great help.
