Very neat and clean, modern decorations. Everyone was very friendly and smiling. This will be our new monthly trip hotel!
Bed wasn't all that comfortable.
Breakfast , decor, bed
Heat and cool system. Fan was very loud!!
Friendly and helpful staff Separate lounge area Good size room Nice breakfast
Close to freeway (traffic noise)
Clean, comfortable bed and pillows and outstanding staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Had a little trouble finding the hotel.
They had a pool
Rooms very ordinary. Location too far from town. Not special for a Marriott
Over all pleasant stay. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Room was large enough for our family of five adults.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and very clean rooms. Would stay there again.
Comfortable beds, spacious room, very clean.
The swimming pool smelt over-chlorinated which put me off using it, although I would have liked to. Better ventilation there perhaps?
The pool was dark, couldn't find towels. The walls were so thin our younger child couldn't sleep. We also couldn't find anywhere to eat after 6 other than fast food.
comfort, clean, friendly staff, breakfast
The pool water was very cloudy....yucky...the next morning there was a sign on pool door that it was closed until further notice....so assume it wasn't being properly maintained....
We were only there for one night following a long drive, but we thought the hotel was nicely updated, clean and the staff was friendly.
Great price for a hotel with way more niceness than you would link for the price. Would stay there again.
Nice room. Nice breakfast. We are always happy with SpringHill hotels.
There were 6 of us. We stayed in a suite, but the suites only allow 5 people, so we had to book a second room. Other hotel brands have suites that sleep 6.
Very clean and quiet. A king suite for under $140 a night was a nice surprise.
The alarm clock was an hour and 20 minutes off and no way to set the time. The desk told us they had to set it by opening the back with a screwdriver as part of a "security measure" to deter theft. We simply asked for a wake up call. For some reason breakfast is served at 6:30 weekdays but 7:00 on weekends(?) As a result, we missed free breakfast on Sunday.
Cleanliness comfortable bed location
Noise: -highway noise was very loud. Hotel needs to do better sound proofing. -Outdated a/c unit sounded like a jet taking off. As we were traveling, we stayed at 5 different hotels in 2 weeks. This room was by far the loudest.
The front desk gentleman was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He recommended a great place for dinner that we went to. In addition, he explained all the charges and was more than accommodating to help get the cigarette smoke out of our room!
The room could have been a bit less expensive, but overall there were no dislikes.
The hotel and staff were very good but only fast food outlets within walking distance.
Location is near freeway. Excellent breakfast. Room is set for comfort.
Awkward bathroom layout.
Recent remodel. Entire facility was in excellent shape. Room was perfect, and very clean.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
We only had a shower not a tub. And I don't recommend booking here through Booking.com as the price I booked for is not the price I ended up having to pay.
excellent breakfast, pool, and hospitality.
The desk clerk, Oranthe, may have mispelled his name (Tall African-America Man) was fabulous!! Fun to talk to, very engaging, re-arranged several of our rooms so we were all in the same area... The Continential breakfast opened earlier than scheduled on Sunday Morning 6/8. The Staff knew most of their guest were attending the Local Softball tournament... most of the teams were leaving at 6:30am... they had the breakfast bar stocked & ready to go for our players.. No one left to their games hungry.
It seemed like a new hotel. The quality for price exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely helpful and they have a unique market inside the hotel lobby with all sorts of things, like drinks, snacks, tv dinners drinks etc which when traveling with young kids made life easier since I didn't have to go out and drive around to get last minute snacks. the prices in the market were also reasonable!
It was hard to get wifi connected on our tablets. I'm sure if I had gone to ask for help from the hotel staff to figure out why, the staff could have shown us how to connect
Just way too expensive
