Staff were superb (the best in our 4 weeks in the States); great launch pad for the Grand Canyon (only 2 - 3 hours drive away); once rooms; free parking
Breakfast was crowded and poor
The staff was nice.
Decor looks cheap not modern. Bed is very uncomfortable. Tv location is terrible.
Some furnishings starting to show wear. WIFI did not work in our room
Could not ask for anything better.
Couldn't stay longer.
Kingbed was comfortable, suite offered enough space. nice shower good breakfast.
suite was offered for 4 people with a kingbed and a sofabed. But sofabed was too small for our kids.
Booked in advance...front desk attendant said he couldn't find it.Was charged outrageously. Also asked for a handicapped accessibile room. 2 attempts later, being rolled guickly around in my Wheelchair a handicapped room was found. If that was not enough, was charged $250. for smoking pot in my room.i asked for the police to be called.they (Management)DID not call. Instead I was charged $250. (I have a home nearby, under construction, yet not inhabitable.) As a retired Dr. I lecture across the globe.MY Stay at This Hotel was one of the worst experiences. I usually stay at L'Auberge in Sedona, Az. Due to my experience At This Excuse for a hotel, I, as well as my many other colleges will avoid any of your'hotels'.
Good hotel, near the highway, good value for the money.
Breakfast was just OK. Could be better.
Staff was great. Better breakfast offering than most. Ideal location. Pet friendly with love pet fee.
Parking can be a challenge in the summer, they are very helpful with big moving vans and trailer guests (not us) but as a result, parking for those of use with need for just one spot is a problem. Might a deal with shopping plaza properties next door be brokered to manage overnight space better for all involved?
The staff was fast and knowledgeable. We checked in so late (2 am) after a day of miserable driving in traffic, and the check in was easy. The breakfast was good and filling before hitting the road again.
The sofa bed was SO miserable, we ended up taking the cushions from the sofa and making a pallet on the floor. There was quite a bit of ambient noise that kept us awake.
Good location, decent facility. Nice staff but not worth the money.
Calling a pet "fee" a "non refundable deposit" is sophomoric & insulting.Charging $50 is not pet friendly. In fact your copy made it sound like it was free. Carpeting showed a history of stains and the shower was terrible.
More than willing to help and accommodate our emergent needs.
Wonderful, clean, perfect in every way!! We were on our way to my sister's funeral in CA., the wonderful accommodations helped make our difficult trip comfortable!!!
Very clean and spacious rooms High speed wi fi Breakfast was good
Our toilet clogged and spills on the floor. We called front desk and someone was immediately sent to fix and clean up
The staff made great recommendations for restaurants,
Our room was on the first floor right next to the area where they served free breakfast. It was so loud. I couldn't wait to leave.
value, good breakfast, good location for Grand Canyon.
I was expecting the sofa bed to be separated from the bed area - we were with a younger couple and hoped for a little more privacy as we had found at other SHS facilities.
Nothing that could be noticed as good except the free coffee.
Room was Very dirty, the sofa was full of stains and smelly and bath towels were wet.
Loved the room. Very large and comfortable.
There were ample selections for breakfast but the quality wasn't very good - specifically the eggs. Despite being one of the first ones to breakfast, they were cold and I could tell that they were powdered. They were watery.
Carpet needed shampooing, no movie pay options, air conditioning came on would be really cold but then it would kick off and by the time it would kick on again really warm. For a suite they are really small, coffee pot too small
The breakfast was well stocked
The woman at the front desk seemed a little unfriendly.
Front desk billed room charges incorrectly had to call and have resolved waiting on confirmation
I liked the bed sheets and the blanket. And also everything is close. The breakfast tasted wonderful...Highly recommended
Clean rooms, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Great stay for a quick overnight trip.
We were quoted $129 for a Queen Suite but a charge for $170 showed up. Will have to check if there is really $41 in taxes that apply?
Staff like Micah so helpful at front desk
I liked the facility it has a modern look.
The pet fee is outrageous. The room I was given had water damage and smelled like mildew we had to sleep with the window cracked in the middle of winter.
The stay at the hotel was very nice.
Waking up to 4 inches of snow. :)
