Manager extremely friendly and great interacting with all guests

It's very near the airport and the airport shuttle service was excellent.

There were no restaurants or stores in walking distance and the shuttle to the mall was 40 minutes! late.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Stall very knowledgeable. Airport shuttle driver very polite and a safe driver. Overall excellent.

Friendly staff. Called to see if everything in our room was to our approval. Nice big room.

We had an early flight and the continental breakfast and coffee was not ready.

The price is still a little bit high, but I love staff people and I consider it my home in Miami. I celebrate my daughter´s birthday there and the cake I order wasn´t delivered. Bianca Cutino was so kind that provide another one in the next day and it really fill my heart of love.

As it was my 5th stay there I would like to have a better rate in the next future.

We liked the friendly staff and location of the hotel.

We didn't like that the shuttle driver was also the person of contact for linen and other housekeeping needs. We weren't able to receive any clean towels until he was finished with all drop offs and pickups.

Courtesy bus from and to airport. Driver was very helpful and took us to the Car Rental Center direct.

Arrangements for breakfast were an absolute bun fight - far too many people in too small a space. It was completely chaotic!

Staff at front desk were very helpful. Continental Breakfast was great and included much more than others I have experienced.

Rooms seemed a little bare, rather than warm and inviting. Communication with shuttle and customers were not always clear. Shuttle service and route to mall (although not provided by hotel) should be more clearly explained.

Airport shuttle service stopped at 10, so I had to take a taxi with three kids at 11 pm The reason I selected hotel was so I could be shuttled from airport. Also was under impression that shuttle to port of Miami was included and it was not there was an extra fee, so I had to get another taxi to the port.

Close Location to the Airport and good central point for getting to places in Miami and outside (everglades etc.)

The Breakfast was very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed at with lower prices and better breakfast buffet. Eggs were tasteless, oatmeal was runny. Standard offering of Breads, begals etc. Waffles were standard.

Shuttle only serves airport. Would love service to mall or Walmart.

Beautiful hotel, nicely renovated, very clean, kind personnel.

Breakfast with plastic cups, plates and cutlery was a bit of a shock. That would never happen in Europe, not even in a cheaper hotel. The food selection was also a bit poor. There were also some building works going on at a huge building site next door. They woke us up at 7 A.M.

Very cool new hotel. very close to the airport. great price. free parking was a huge consideration in picking the hotel.

We stayed here before heading home from a cruise. And we had a good time here the night before our cruise. I would stay again, if needed.
