SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Airport / Ridley Park  

I loved everything about it. My boyfriend loved that they had all the sports packages. The room was clean and we could see the Philadelphia skyline from our room. Staff were really nice and didn't forget that it was our anniversary. The breakfast was good. It came in handy that they have a snack area for when we came back without food and needed some. It was far enough away from the city where the we weren't bothered with the noise or having to pay for parking but it was still close enough to where it wasn't difficult getting in or out. Though we didn't use them we liked that there was a bar, patio with fire pit, pool, and fitness room.

There was construction right by our hotel but it was still easy to get around.

The rooms are spacious and modern ... breakfast and a workout room. Seperate toilet area from the shower area. Micowave and fridge.

The HVAC was hard to regulate. The unit in my room rattled and vibrated it was hard to sleep. The lighting in the bathroom is poor and no make up mirror.

Stayed two nights on our way from London, England to Pocono. Staff members were all extremely helpful and friendly. Room facilities were very good and everything was clean and tidy.

This is a family friendly hotel, the double size sofa bed can sleep 2 more kids which saved me from booking one more room.

No big problem.

Everything. Every aspect of the facility and staff exemplifies quality and great service. This will be my "go-to" place when I travel to the area, and I will enthusiastically recommend it.

saw children dragging dirty laudry through hall - they appeared to be staff's children - appeared a bit unprofessional to me.

Very modern and our room looked brand new. The King suite was a very reasonable price and was huge. Loved the 2 separate bathrooms; one for toilet/sink and one for showering/sink. Watching tv from the sofa was comfortable & having a fridge in the room made it possible to bring back leftovers. The breakfast buffet was included & had plenty to chose from. Nothing too fancy but there were scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, as well as cereals, even hot oatmeal, muffins, etc. We didn't use the pool but there is a nice indoor one and the outdoor patio had lovely seating with a firepit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We needed to be located near Widener College and this fit the bill as it was easy to get on/off I-95 and only 3 min from the college. But the area is an industrial park and not visually pleasing. The hotel felt very isolated. It would have been awesome if there was something nearby within walking distance or a quick drive. But there are some great towns w/n 10-15 min so it wasn't really an issue at all. It totally served our purpose for being there. If you're a super light sleeper you might not like hearing the airplanes from the Philly airport but I use ear plugs so nothing bothered me.

The door to the toilet wouldn't stay closed. Minor detail, did not effect our stay.

The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in and we had our room key in less than 2 minutes. The hotel is obviously new,very nice modern decor. The room exceeded my expectations. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower being separate from the bathroom area was a nice touch, We were overnight for business so it was perfect. The breakfast was very nice and constantly being cleaned and replenished. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. If you are looking to stay near the airport for business or pleasure, this is the place to stay!

Staff very friendly and helpfull, free airport courtesy bus a bonus.
