In 2 weeks we stayed in 6 different rooms and this one wa the nicest. Big and a great layout.
Only thing is would have liked to be able to view tv from bed!
You pay a good amount of money, and you expect the basics done properly. Thats what you get. The location is great!
Pillows were too hard.
the design of the room was ridiculous. the designers tried too hard to be cool and failed. the bath arrangement was silly. Too many doors and the 2 half baths. whose idea was that?
Staff was great, liked secure parking and hot tub/pool. Breakfast buffet was very nice and clean.
TV remote wouldn't work and shower leaks onto floor. 2nd time at this hotel and same thing happened both times?? Maybe its me.
The room was well-furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. The staff was friendly. The location was good, at the edge of the historic district.
It was too expensive, 5 star price for 4 star hotel. There was no dining, no bar, no spa, the free WiFi was limited (no streaming) and it was not in the center of the historic district. The concierge was not at the desk in the middle of the day so I could not have them recommend restaurants for dinner or make reservations for dinner and tours.
The staff was excellent. The room was huge. Located in the center of all shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Our room was right next to hotel storage room and we would hear the staff open and close the door all the time. The bathrooms were dirty, but not filthy. Class cups in the room were also used.
Location, shuttle service, great breakfast !
Generator came on during the night and kept us awake for quite a while....very loud .
Ease of checking Easy parking Walking distance to great food Close to entertainment Great bed Sliding doors Good breakfast Helpful and curtious staff
Stain on carpet No end table on one side of bed No hotel guide book in room
Every thing we hoped for
The size of the room, separate shower and toilet.
The noisy air conditioner. Poor breakfast
The sitting area, and the spaciousness
Super nice staff
Plenty of space for everyone, very clean, loved work out room. Location perfect.Price very good.
WiFi too slow.
The room was clean and modern. The gym is large and nice. It includes a dumbbell rack which is not always available at all locations.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great.
Location was great.
We had a 1st floor room. Anytime someone flushed the toilet in a different room above, we could hear it - very disturbing. Randy at front desk failed to understand our concern. We eventually moved to the 6th floor. Yet, the experience/service was terrible - especially, considering the high cost of the hotel.
Great and responsive staff. Comfortable and efficient room design. Easy access to great restaurants and shopping and sights. Convenient valet parking cost $20, but then could walk where wanted to go and no parking issues. Good coffee available any time.
Breakfast good but not exceptional.
The hotel was very upbeat and we enjoyed the comfort of the room and the pleasant staff.
Wanted to stay longer
Everything about the room was nice, my wife and I commented on how we would pattern our bathroom and master bedroom after the suite layout.
One thing we didn't like was the TV placement. The bed is where most folks watch TV in a hotel, the TV was in front of the sofa.
--Walking distance to River St. --Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance
Parking was expensive
Hands down the best value for money hotel we have ever stayed in. It was better in terms of comfort and cleanliness than 5-star 500+ dollar/night hotels that we have stayed in when in NYC. Location is only a five minute walk from riverside through lively and nice streets. Will definitively come back to this hotel if going to Savannah again. Great place to be.
Nothing negative to report.
