The warm reception and service received by staff. The room was accommodating and economical. Breakfast was enjoyable. The check-out time was perfect.

We selected a room on the first floor; we didn't realize that we would be able to hear noise and conversations from the parking lot in the early hours of the morning.

Location, price versus services, it can be a good choice for a few days.

This hotel looked like it was very nice 10 to 15 years ago, now it would need some refurbishment.

The room was very affordable for the value and I also liked the location. I also liked the free airport shuttle that ran very early in the morning.

I only stayed one night and I don't really have any dislikes.

Breakfast was a big let down. Size of the room was not what I expected. It was just a room with a wall in the middle. Could have had complimentary coffee at night.

I had a very early morning flight. I grabbed a coffee from the lobby at 6 am and the staff audibly grumbled their disdain. When I attempted to take a donut they chewed my head off because it wasn't 6:30 yet. Somebody needs to train your staff about job priorities.

The front desk people were very helpful printing me directions to my destination. The room was clean & spacious . The bed was extremely comfortable . The breakfast in the morning was top of the line ... I went back for seconds !! Great place to stay !!

location from airport, size of the rooms, decor and updated bathrooms in room, comfy pillows! heated pool and breakfast. kids liked the sucker bowl at front too--cute touch.

We stayed twice because of its close proximity to the airport. It was very good value for money and the continental breakfast was much more than a continental breakfast we would get anywhere else. The whole stay was superb.

There wasn't anything to dislike. It had all amenities anyone would wish for.

The staff at this hotel was excelllent. The accommodations couldn't have been better. We fly into Tampa several times a year and stay in St. Pete Beach. However, there are times when our room isn't ready and we need a place for a night or two. We wil definitely retuurn to this place. Sincerely, Valerie and John Huxley Thompson

The huge breakfast line and staff could not keep up had to wait for forks and syrup. Need more help at breakfast time for sure.

This was advertised as a suite to sleep 6. It only had 2 twin double beds and a pull out couch. The room also did not have enough towels and coffee for 6. Extremely disappointed.

The staff went out of there way to be helpful. We got off a cruise ship at 9 a.m. They allowed us to check in at 10 a.m. and did not even charge us extra. If they had not been so helpful we would have been in downtown Tampa with three heavy bags, no transportation and no way to transport our bags. Instead we were in a comfortable room and were treated great by the hotel staff.
