The staff was incredible, very efficient and helpful. The suite was comfortable and very clean. The shuttle service was great too!

Close to communities we wanted to visit, including Chicago and western suburbs. Breakfast was decent. Room was good although bathroom was a bit tight with the door opening in against the toilet and tub.

The location was perfect for us -- not too far from downtown and some surrounding areas that held interest for us. The free breakfast was great -- nicely done. The rooms were really comfortable and clean -- and the beds and bedding were the best I've had and I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the country. Thanks!

Nothing comes to mind. It was really a good value, clean and comfortable and convenient.

The people working at this hotel (desk staff, cleaning staff, etc.) were so friendly and willing to help. The inflection of their voice was genuinely happy and it was a joy to stay there.

It is a very nice facility, room was really nice. Complimentary breakfask was great.

Upon arriving I check entire room bathroom,bed and sheets. The sheets has some stains and piece of hair on them. Called the service desk and housekeeping came right away to change sheets.

Just afraid that giving too many points will lead them for higher rates. Nice!!

The room is quite comfortable, capacious. Sleeping and internet surfing is quite comfortable.

The continental Breakfast was a very important and nice feature

Love it could not stop telling my relatives about the great night sleep I got and the great breakfast I ate the next morning I am certainly going to be staying at springhill suites from now on. The place made a very good lasting impression on me and my husband, even our teens could not say enough good things about the place we were surprised how nice everything was thanks for making our trip great. Newer. Good location. Comfortable bed. Decent pool. Room towels were nice.

Pull out bed not so comfy. No plates, bowls, etc. in kitchen. Breakfast just a lot of bad carbs. We ate out every morning.

Neen , ons verblijf was uitstekend verzorgd, het was de tweede keer dat ik er verbleef. Volgende keer als ik daar weer in de omgeving ben zal ik daar zeker weer boeken.

Os quartos eram bem limpos, com reposição de lençóis e toalhas diariamente, o café da manha muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, otima estrutura.

na ultima noite o carpê do quarto estava molhado pois durante o dia fizeram a higienização do mesmo e ficou molhado.

I stayed at the hotel with my husband and children and we had a great time. The staff were wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful.

Free WiFi Free Parking Free Breakfast and it was very good although busy Popcorn in the lobby in the evening was a big hit with our 3 year old. Access to printers. Good pool temp too! We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was quite busy at certain times. I think a bit of a change in layout (e.g. moving waffle station away from line and adding 2 more machines) would fix this.
