The configuration of the bathrooms. There were two. One had the toilet and a quarter size sink in it and the other had the shower and a regular sized sink in it. It was as though they ran out of space for the bathroom so they put the toilet in a separate closet. I guess if I had been traveling with someone having 2 sinks may have been nice. The staff was not very attentive. First they couldn't find my booking..somehow it only had my first name on it, not my last. Then I had a cramp in my calf later in the evening and went down to get something with salt in it. After I made my selection the desk person didn't even acknowledge me. He was assisting a person with a language barrier, but he could have said, "I will be with you in a moment." or something. He passed by me standing at the cash register with my money in hand twice without even looking my way. My leg cramp was throbbing. Finally, another employee pointed to me and asked him to help me. It was ok, but I did feel invisible there for a moment. I didn't sleep well at all. The pillows were not comfortable at all and the TV remote needed new batteries.
I like the area where the hotel is -convenient to both Universities, shopping and food. The complementary breakfast and evening receptions were great! However, no one told me about the evening reception and I almost missed it. The workout space, though small, was well appointed and well used. If I stay again, I will use the indoor pool.
