Close to the airport. Strange hotel. This is supposed to be a new hotel but it looks like it wasn't built well. Also, it was not clean at all. Several bugs in the room and lots of stains on the carpet. I thought the $149 rate was high for what you got. I hate writing bad reviews.

SOmewhat easy to find from Springfield, ma Eastern States Fair. 1. Walls are paper thin. I really do not need to know or hear the person in the bathroom in the next room. 2. There really was no kitchenett as described on line. 3. very loud with the airport flights taking off and landing over head. 4. NOT a good place for a Good Nigght's sleep...

Everyone was very freindly and helpful. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs which makes interacting with them enjoyable. The breakfast service was friendly but not efficient. The coffee ran out two of the three days we were there and on the last day the milk ran out completely at 8:30am and a staff member had to run to a gas station for some. Every day I needed to wait 10+ minutes for the eggs to be refilled. It just did not seem very organized. We ended up eating at the Dunkin Donuts next door for the last part of the week to avoid frustration.

The hotel is very modern and everything looks new and fresh. Is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely come again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful fom the moment we walked in. The room was clean with a contemporary look. We needed more towels to bathe the kids after the pool and an extra pillow which were brought right to my room within minutes of the call. Breakfast had a nice selection would have liked a better variety of fruit but everything else was great. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we could complain about was the size of the pool . It was raining when we got there so we took the kids to the pool . It was fine for them until anoher 2 kids came in and then 2 more people came so basically the kids had to just stand in place. They didn't mind.
