loved the comfy design and lay out of our room; the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff; enjoyed the full breakfast very much--we're quite likely to stay there again

We found the hotel comfortable & clean. If you have a car available the position is very good to Manhattan beach and airport too. The elevators are slowly.

Good Location Room decor I'm a regular in staying at Marriott, but this one was disappointing. The girls at reception need serious training to be polite and not rude. There were little things but annoying 1) they forgot towels completely in the bathroom - when requested to supply towels whoever picked the phone at front desk was very rude. Someone did bring the towels eventually 2) Some of the electrical outlets in the room don't work 3) One of the elevator was not working throughout. the stay. The other one was super slow. 4) my colleagues room had A/C unit - fan very noisy. He couldn't sleep for the first two nights.

L'accueil de la personne à la réception, très sympathique. Le reste, bof, normal, sans plus. Lorsqu'on dit "suite" l'équipement de la cuisine doit être complet (tasse, cuillère, couteau, fourchette, etc...), il n'y a rien de tout cela. Dommage.

Durch die relativ gute Bewertung haben wir uns entschlossen, dieses Hotel zu wählen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und die Betten wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wie man es meistens in Amerika gewohnt ist. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu erreichen. Würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen.

ten minutes to the beach very close to airport sofa bed pool was nice but small carpet stained when sofa bed was pulled out, it almost touched the bed no towels near the pool, had to go into the gym area beforehand and grab towels

Das Frühstück war O.K., allerdings mußte man stehen da nicht genug Sitzplätze zur Verfügung standen! Das sollte bei der Größe dieses Hotels nicht passieren! Es wurde pünktlich um 10Uhr abgeräumt... Also nicht zu spät kommen zum Frühstück! Waschmaschine steht auch nur eine zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer wurden nicht wirklich gründlich gereinigt. Hotel ist ziemlich weit von allem weg. Keine Restaurants im Hotel.. Und auch nicht in der Nähe. Ich würde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen... Unter excellent, laut Bewertung, verstehe ich was anderes.

Having had a problem with our time of arrival, the staff were very helpful in allowing us to change our booking details. The room was lovely and spacious.
