The staff were helpful in locating information for us. They picked us up after dropping our hire car back. Then took us to the airport. The rooms were spacious clean & modern. Breakfast was provided with both continental and cooked eggs available. The location to the airport was close so you do get some aircraft noise but thus is minimal once inside the hotel. I would stay here again well done. Free parking on site. The public areas air conditioning was a little on the cool side.

Nice, clean and well organised hotel direct to the airport, the staff is really amazing, such a nice people that give you a warm welcome, rooms are nice, internet everywhere, a good hotel for business or connecting flight. Its a 30 drive to the city, so not well positioned for going there regularly, breakfast misses yoghurt and muesli.

The manager Terry, was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice. Free wifi. The breakfast was good. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Very far from the city, but conveniently close to the airport.

We had two rooms for two nights ..we were charged every day every room a mastercard charge which didn't make since on our final bill for using a creditcard ...I can see if charge was done one time on final bill but everyday each room for same creditcard never again stay there!!!

I traveled with my husband. We were so satisfied with this hotel that the search is over for anytime we return to Houston. This is the hotel to chose if you need/want to be close to the Houston International Airport. The staff was attentive and cordial. The facilities were even more than adequate, we had all we needed. It was clean, and comfortable. We rented a car therefore, we did not use the shuttle, however, there it was when we checked out.

Location ideal for initial stay following long flight. Free courtesy bus to and from airport. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Small and friendly bar. Staff pleasant and helpful
