The lobby is a grand design of a few large, spacious rooms, with clean, reflective marble surfaces, and a free offering off cold ice water, ice tea, or hot coffee cool and clean rooms, bed linens (housekeeping staff is there when you need them, invisible when you don't!)

*This is not directed at staff * upon returning from dinner, the staff was trying to close the pool.... The floors were quite wet and slippery by the elevators due to young children playing at the pool, running in and out among other guests

The bedskirt was all torn and should have been removed. Upholstered furniture should be removed and a pleather or leather sofa would be more appropriate as it has a stained look to it. Had quite a wait for the eggs, as they were brought out closer to 10am.

the young man and woman in them front lobby, were so bubbly, inviting, courteous and just way out NICE!!!! the breakfast!!!! Juice in the lobby...everything was sooooo nice!!!! We are coming back!!!!!

the pool and whirlpool was SMASHING!!!!! But, there were a lot of unruly children, alone in them pool, while parents were outside, doing these ADULT thing outside, through the glass...a lot under 14, splashing, spitting....they.....the parents...should be grateful I'm a nurse in them pool, if their child has an episode!!!! Confronted a parent, but got no where.....I did tell them front desk!!!

The room was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it was a great use of the space and had all the things we needed. A place to relax separate from the bed, a microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Very nice layout. We enjoyed the exercise room as well. All equipment was in working condition, which seems to be a rarity for hotels, and there was a nice selection of free weights to use.

We would have liked to have used the pool but it was pretty much full at all hours.

Very close to some beautiful CT beaches, Silver Sands Beach, Walnut Beach, and in New Haven LightHouse Point Beach/Park. Beautiful area for being right on the outskirts of big city living. This hotel had a decent indoor pool, hot tub, and the king suites were perfect. My husband, 2 yr old son, and three teenagers reserved 2 king suite rooms. The kids were happy going down at all hours of the night to buy things from the 24hour Market, Pricey..but what can you expect at midnight and later when you crave ice cream and cookies. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Nice fridge, microwave and other in room amenities. Nice place overall. Made a toddler and three teens happy, so cant complain!

The pool is FINE, my kids had a great time. Its safe for them, so I like that. The deep end is 4 1/2 ft, so no diving, and the overall size of the pool is a little small. HOWEVER, there is a decent hot tub next to the pool, and the workout room is attached...really decent!

We were on the road in bad weather and stopped unexpectedly. I found this place on the Internet and we were pleased to have a nice quiet night out of the rain.

    The bedroom was pretty crowded.

The hospitality, cleanliness, area, and the breakfast.

They took too long to get the room clean. We waited all day it was like 5:15 pm when they finally came to clean it.

Shortly after checking in, the girl at the front desk called to see if I had everything I needed. I also had an old Marriot Rewards card that I had found, they were able to reactivate it for me!

Have stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience. The nicest hotel out of the 4 in the immediate area, and the breakfast really made it a deal sealer for me. 24 hour fresh coffee at the front. Certainly get your money's worth and the hotel is right off I95.

The staff was very courteous and helpful and the facilities were clean. I liked the fact that they had free breakfast in the a.m. and complimentary tea, coffee, and juice 24 hours. It was nice to be able to get up, eat breakfast, and then relax by the indoor pool/jacuzzi. It was very quite and we had a much needed relaxing stay.

We stayed in a king size suite with mini kitchen. It also had a full size pull-out couch. The only thing I didn't like about this particular room was that the decor was lacking. It had plenty of wall space but hardly any pictures or painting., Then there was a dresser that they seems to just throw in there for the fun of it which was way off tin the corner of the room by the window. No lamp on it; nothing. It was also significantly chipped. All in all the interior decorating at least in that particular suite could be improved upon. However, I would rent a room there again in the future.
