I really liked the gal working the front desk at night - I think her last name was Peters, and she was extremely polite and professional.

Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Friendly staff; received a very nice note from members who were concerned about the surgery I mentioned I was going to have next day.

Bathroom had a few hairs on floor when we arrived; but overall very clean

From the start, we were pleased with this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. I locked my keys in the car, and they offered to call for someone to help me. When I asked about local churches, they asked for specifics, googled the nearest one, and left me a printout from the church's website and mapquest directions at the desk!! The breakfast was great - my daughters especially enjoyed it. I loved the cleanliness, comfort and attractiveness of the rooms and the lobby.

Staff was helpful and the room was clean

Not adequate linens Breakfast even tho free wasn't very good and second day I went McDonald's instead Key didnt work front desk blamed me for putting it next to my cell phone or other cards

the room was spacious. I like having fridge and microwave. The pool was big and heated! And we received a hand written note from the staff. Thank you!

We had a wonderul stay. The rooms were very spacious and extremely comfortable. I appreciated the work space in the room. The hotel was also conveniently located for our activities.

The breakfast was average at best. They did work hard to keep it restocked, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of food. It was definitely not bad, just not great.

Room was clean and had lots of room for our group. Within minutes of downtown and shopping areas.

Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

The suite offered sufficient space and was divided to include a computer area, wet bar, living area, bedroom and bath. It was very efficiently designed. The room was perfectly clean and the linens were high quality. I loved that freshly laundered sheet/bedspread set in sparkling white was used in lieu of a comforter.

I would have liked an installed hair dryer in the room. I have become accustomed to this feature and no longer travel with a hairdryer.

Would've liked a door separating bedroom and office area with a separate tv for couch for the kids in king suite.

close to airport and interstate connections

not centrally located and the need to drive 20 minutes to get to various locations ; not close to entertainment airport shuttle stopped at 1100pm and is not a dedicated shuttle to and from airport

It was a nice hotel and staff was courteous. Food in breakfast area was good. Pricing was good.

Hotel is undergoing construction. What an awful inconvenience.

The front desk staff was very accommodating when they suggested calling another hotel for us to go swimming since this one was being remodeled.

The beds were to hard.

I thought the beds where pretty comfortable and the kids liked the idea of 2 tv'S.

I agreed to purchase for two nights at 14.25% tax, but I was charged @ 15.25%, yes it's only $7, but if you take orders from a web site and they advertise 14.25% then you should honor it! 100+ guest x $7 each night is a scam. Honor the guests agreement.

The room was clean and the service that was provided was top-knotch.

The hot tub was out of service for the entire time (3 days) we were there. Also, the breakfast quality was just OK, and would have liked to see some variety in what was offered each day. It was the same breakfast every day.

The comfortable beds are simply amazing.

The lobby was a zoo, filled with teenagers at all times. The hallway to our room was littered with juice boxes, notebook paper, potato chip bags...all apparently from the group of teenagers on the school trip. The hotel can't be faulted for the young people's actions, but they should at least clean up behind them. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
