Clean comfortable and a really friendly staff. Morning breakfast was good. Convenient location and shuttle service
Lack of vending machines and the market was empty except for a few drinks
Sheila was great
1. Wire hanging from the wall. 2. Front desk could not do simple math and tell me if the total cost before taxes was $377. 3. House Cleaning only did 1/2 the room. They didn't make the beds. 4. Lobby was freezing. 5. Pool indoors was freezing. 6. Food running out for Breakfast an hour before it was over. 7. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful with basic information about the booking and local places to eat. They referenced McDonalds and other fast food but no resteraunts as requested.
There was a leak somewhere and carpet was soaked.
I OR SHALL I SAY WE LOVED EVERYTHING
I booked this room for my family for the Thanks Giving Holiday. I would stay with them again because of the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the rooms. Although $128.00 for one night was a bit high with my family arriving at the hotel at 2:30 am and checking out a few hours later. Overall it was good stay and based on the location along with the competition of other hotels in the area I would stay here again.
The price for one night.
The staff was friendly.
I had just previously stayed at two other Springhill Suites in the last two weeks while on vacation. They were very updated with modern conveniences and excellent room layouts. I expected the same from Nashville, especially since it cost more than the other two. I was very disappointed by rundown appearance and dripping faucet of this hotel.
We liked everything about the hotel. Being able to print boarding tickets was the best. Very close to airport and not that far from downtown Nashville. Would stay here again.
Everything was great. No dislikes.
Room was clean, spacious and quiet.
No access to anything but fruit or cereal for breakfast for early travelers. Front desk clerk didn't know how to un-lock cabinet for yogurt or bagels. My only complaint.
Close to freeways
No hot tub
excellant facility. breakfast was very good.
I had requested a handicap room, but did not get one. They dais it was not requested. They offered one later but we had already unpacked and didn't want to repack. Fortuneally there was a handicap restroom a short distance down the hall.
Staff was wonderful, room was large and I LOVE that the sink was separate from the shower/toilet. Extra towels arrived mere minutes after being requested.
Some of the towels were a bit on the thin side which made me feel like they were old. And old, thin towels makes me feel like the hotel is lesser in quality. And for some reason the corner of the bottom sheet on my bed struggled to stay on. An annoyance, nothing more.
The area and location was good and close to friends that live in the city
I did not like the fact that the receptionist put us in a handicap room that we didn't reserve and was untruthful about that was all she had. May not use that particular hotel again because of this
Beds were a little on the firm side.
We stayed in a king suite, the room was nicely decorated, the layout of the room was ok.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, a better quality mattress would have made our stay better.
Everything else was wonderful including the staff and breakfast. We also had a quiet room as requested which helped us to have a relaxing time. Great job!!
Found a roach crawling on the wall on our last night.
We were greeted at check in by a very nice lady.
We never had enough towels, not a complete set of linens for the sofa bed, and our room was not even cleaned the first night.
The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was above and beyond with good knowledge of local favorites!
We dropped my step-children off at their home in Antioch. This hotel was a perfect location from them, as well as going downtown in the evening, visiting Opryland hotel and Opry Mills. It seemed like 10 minutes from everything!
I was hoping to upgrade to a whirlpool room, but they didn't have any.
Shower was really good
TV is in an awkward place to watch from bed
The breakfast area had plenty of seating but the serving area should be spread out more. People were lined up waiting to go to the breakfast counter. It was a small area for the number of guests trying to be served. Staff was slow to refil the counter because of the line c
Just felt comfortable about everything. People working here we're outstanding
The rooms were a little out dated.
Location, staff, breakfast, bed comfort, nice shower, still has a new feel about the place
