A/C wasn't too cold, we set thermostat on 62 and still wasn't cold in the room, other than that the staff, room, and breakfast, location was excellent! We will book a room again next time we go to New Orleans!
We liked everything about it. We will definitely stay there again.
Reasonable rates, morning papers available in lobby, free breakfast, assoicates very friendly
Not much ,could use a larger mini-fridge in the room
From the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfort of the beds to the great variety of food at breakfast, this was a great place for us to stay on our first trip to NOLA. The staff were very pleasant and accommodated all our needs. Definitely would stay there again!
We loved out stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and roomy for 4 people. We were right on Peters st so we saw the crowds although you couldnt hear them which was a plus. Sprinhill was 15 minutes walking from Canal and Bourbon, 10 minutes from the trolley stops, 5 minutes from the Riverwalk Mall and we could see the dome. The traffic noise was non existent.
Breakfast was very crowded. You had to get what you wanted on the first past through or it would take you a while to get back up there. There wasnt a lot of seating in the breakfast area.
1. The Location was amazing 2. The great breakfast w/options 3. Rooms were quiet even though bars were across the street 4. Walking distance to local food, shopping, River Walk Convention Center 5. The price was excellent since we were only in room to sleep & get ready.
1. More Towels, Wash Cloths, Hand Towels 2. Shampoo / Conditioner 3. Soap 4. Dish soap to clean our items in kitchen. Reservations did say 4 in a room, I had to go ask for more
Everything was great, stuff very nice and helpfull, breakfast unbelievable - I loved making my own fresh waffle with strawberries, room was beautiful and clean, we also used hot taub, gym and outdoor pool, everything great! I totaly recommend this place! :-) also it's not very far from french quater, bourbon street or river Mississippi
I absolutely loved the location everything was in walking distance we didn't have to move our car until check out. The break was fresh andthe staff was nice and friendly. Kiara and Nora were very helpful when checking us in and giving us helpful information.
That I could never log into the hotels WiFi on my device.
Staff was helpful and friendly
Breakfast option was a set time but no matter what time we got there everything ran out. Ordered delivery from a staff recommended menu, ( pizza & sandwiches)and tipped deliverer but order came back wrong and food place argued we were wrong then said they replace we waited all night for nothing.
Quiet rooms- refrigerator and microwave in rooms. Sofa sleeper so you could bring the kids. Great pizza at Pi restaurant around the corner.
Pretty crowded at breakfast the next day. Staff couldn't keep area cleaned up.
Long lines for breakfast (waffle station), and one day in particular, house keeping left no bath towels or soap. I had to call the front desk to obtain those items - rm 219)
The employees were very generous and helpful and great breakfast
I like the way the staff greet you every time we came in the door. They were able to answer any of our question.
I didntblike the fact we had to pay for parking and we were staying at your establishment. Then on top of that it was 25 dollars a day.you guys need to work on that.
Hotel and staff was good
Paying for parking at a hotel that I was staying in. This should be fixed right away or the price should be lower. Because 28 bucks is too much.
The night attendant did refund the money I paid for hotel parking.
The parking was inadequate and the elevators stopped working.
suites dining table good breakfast friendly staff
Clean and comfortable.
Having to pay $25 a day to park in hotel garage! Only one set of elevators, so a long walk to and from your room. Nothing nearby, not restaurants, not attractions, and not the French Quarter.
The bed was comfortable. The am staff very pleasant. The mini store in the hotel was convenient.
That even with reserving a room on credit card get there and they say the room reserve wasn't available. Very disappointed. Then when it rain some kind of way it got in the room and it was not nice to get out of bed and step on wet carpet and totally soak my socks I had on my feet. I definetly will not stay there again.
It was four of us and there was plenty of room for us. The staff was awesome!! They were so helpful in booking our tours and telling us about things to do in the city. The breakfast was great. We were well pleased.
I can't think of anything.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The parking could have been better. The customer needs more guidance with outside parking. I never found the parking down the street.
couch bed room in General staff hot tub
breakfast serving line needs to be two sided poor signage for room 248
Attitude of check in staff.
I didn't care for the $25.00 parking fee. Around the corner was a parking garage charging $10.00. I would have expected that as a hotel guest I would have been charged so much.
The breakfast was a big hit with my family.
Staff was great and helpful! Abundant breakfast buffet. Clean and large rooms.
Loud music in the lobby.
