Absolutely loved the staff. Everyone was polite and so kind. Nice range of food for Breakfast and the the staff was very helpful and was constantly cleaning, replenishing and all with smiles. Front desk staff and Shuttle Drivers were very friendly. Loved everything. Will come again just to get away and relax.

Staff were really nice; breakfast was good; liked the extra sitting room; beds very comfortable Coffee maker stopped working; we were there in the off season (summer) so the rate was very reasonable. I thought the winter rate was too high in comparison to other places I have stayed, if I just consider the staff, facilities, cleanliness, and comfort. So I guess it must be the location that determines the rate.

Very friendly staff. Easy to find. Clean. Pleasantly surprised that the free breakfast was more than just coffee and bagels. (so sorry I rushed out and completely forgot to tip the room attendant.) Would like to have had a water / beverage vending machine on floor.

me ha gustado mucho la ubicación del mismo, la atención en español y el costo. Que no hubiera alimentos (desayunos) mexicanos pero menos me ha gustado que no hubieran restaurantes nocturnos cerca, todo se refería a centros de diversión juvenil.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great. Your internet was extremely slow. I was constantly frustrated as I was trying to get work done and had to wait much longer that I am used to because of the slowness of the internet. It was so slow that I would not want to stay at the hotel again until the network is upgraded. The business office computers were also very slow when trying to access the internet just to print boarding passes.
