I was moved to room 204 for my second nights stay. The room was great and when I later came to the lobby the lady working at the front desk followed up with me to make sure I was happy. She was very genuine. The hotels shuttle driver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I arrived close to midnight and the man that checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. When I got to my room, 225, I went to use the restroom and the floor was dirty with hair and black specks so I decided not to shower. I wanted to lay down with a book but the bedside lamp didn't work. I woke up to a half inch bug hanging from the curtain and I opened the curtains to a view of the roof. I was so unhappy that I contacted the manager. I was amazed at how many excuses she came up with like, " those are seasonal bugs that's why they're here". When I'd had enough I asked the manager if I could move to a different room. She agreed. I noticed that the manager never apologized for anything. Also, she never followed up with me. The woman working the front desk during the day on 3/13/13 should train her manager on good customer service. Terri, the housekeeper, was full of smiles. She was very helpful and asked me if I was enjoying my stay. What a superstar!!

The staff did seem nice friendly willing to help. Well, we had a problem with our fridge it froze our items in there. They said they replace it but it never got fixed. They offered to pay for our items but, it wasn't that much. My sister and I are in building services at our job for the same company. I notice some things were needing to be cleaned, mostly dusted. It wasn't unbearable but, we noticed and I guess I should of packed my lysol for the toilet. There was a hair on it the first day we arrived.

Location 15 minutes drive from Heinz Field For 180$ a night the room was not up to any high standarts; bath stained and lots of mold; bathroom towels stained and brownish. Breakfast poor; eggs really really bad. Really too expensive for what it is.
