I liked just about everything about the hotel, except for the Wifi was very slow. Did not have enough towels, and I had to ask for more towels.

Well located. Easy access. I got bitten by bugs. At least 20-25 bites in one night. First night the cleaning personel was out and the desk and bus driver had to clean our room. I suppose that they did not know how to do it, they tried for sure but the results were not good enough. Swiming pool is super small. There is not a Jacuzzi.

The front desk gave another group of people keys and wrote down the wrong room number. It was ours and we had three kids asleep while those people were trying to get into our room. Luckily I locked the door, three other times that night ranging till midnight we have people come to our door knocking to get in thinking it was their room. Also one prank phone call at 1215 am. Loved the hotel and would come back but the hotel offered no sympathy towards us such as offering to switch rooms or discount. I believe it would have been avoided if they wouldn't have given out our room number to another group. It was an accident but recieved no apology. So probably not coming back to that hotel. Thanks

Very modern! We viewed online you had vacancy ~ went into lobby and told no room available,the young woman told us she was having to send customers to other location so we go back to car...view again vacancy and reserved online...go back into very same lobby and get our room. This was rediculous! Wasted over 1/2 hour

the staff was frienly that the beds are A lot smaller then what they should be I stayed on A king sides room and the bed was way smaller then even A queen bed!

La habitación era grande y cómoda. Poca limpieza. Había trozos de comida en el suelo. La reserva era de 3 personas y el sofá cama no estaba preparado cuando llegamos. Tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama.
