fees for parking
The location is good if yo want to stay away from busier and noisier downtown 10 minutes away walking distance. The hotel staff is professional.
The hotel Wi-Fi was not working all the time and the connection was very slow most of the time.
Location was great, rooms clean and comfortable.
Location, breakfasts, staff assistance, shuttle services
double bed, need queens
Breakfast Nice rooms Quiet Helpful staff
Great pillows, wonderful Valet staff. Location avoids the frustration of immediate traffic congestion and construction...which was "horrible" when we visited.
Restaurant, lounge, breakfast, dinner...poorly orchestrated, under staffed. No full length mirror, stock of teas, utensils, sweeteners, in room "kitchen" poorly stocked.
Excellent staff and the room was beautiful. Signature lounge was a nice plus! Every one was very responsive to every request. Great location to get to gas town, harbour Center for van. Overlook, easy access to transportation.
Hard to find a place for luggage in bedroom with two beds. They provided an additional luggage stand so that helped
Location was good, bed was comfy
Staff didn't seem to know much about their own facilities, gave poor directions to nearby places, free breakfast was powdered eggs, waaaaaay too much money.
Close to attractions
Breakfast was cramped and messy
Staff was friendly;food good;appreciated the ability to print boarding pass;hottub was perfect for after completing the RnR marathon!
Snacks available on our floor Helpful staff in arranging shuttles Shuttle service
Location was not safe to walk in.
Too costly for the value they offer.
Staff was very accommodating and professional. Room setup was perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Valet only parking
The pool was way too small. The breakfast room -small too.
Staff was great-prompt, courteus, friendly. Shuttle service fabulous! Breakfasts wonder-full! Coffee service, fruit water,chuppa-chups...nice touches.
Unfortunately, when we ordered the room, we had 4 staying, and a King room was available with a pull out couch. The king bed was great-the pull out couch for our teenage girls was horrible! flattest skimpiest mattress ever, sheets didn't fit properly and they were so uncomfortable that the last night they just slept feet to feet on the skinny couch, which offered more support-very disappointing! I would really like to be able to recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again for Folklife, as in all other respects it was great, but unless the quality of your sleeping couches improves, I'm afraid it's a no-go.
The girl at the front desk was awsome. Even came to our room when we check to make sure everything was great. Great customer service...
Room was comfortable. Beautiful and clean.
Didn't feel like enough staff ( waited a long time at bar for service and left without being served). Female staff member at front desk acted like she was inconvienced by questions/assisting us.
The mgr worked with us for an early check in so we could prepare for ComicCon which was wonderful!!
The additional parking and resort fees on top of normal taxes were over $120.00 and we had not been informed previously which put us in a bit of a financial bind as we were t expecting them!!
Very friendly staff and comfy beds
Hate paying for parking. When paying for parking all over the city it would be nice to not have to at your hotel.
Very quit area
Bedding for pull out was skimpy
The location was great and the hotel was very nice. The buffet breakfast was wonderful!! The location was an easy walk to all the major attractions.
Our room was nice. The two beds were a little small, not even doubles. The hide a bed was comfortable but the bedding had not been cleaned and was full of pretzels. We brought this to the attention of the front desk woman and she didn't seem to worried about it and didn't offer us an apology at all. We had to phone twice to receive new bedding and continued to find pretzels all over the carpet for the remainder of our five day stay which tells me that the room was never vacuumed. Upon check out, we voiced our concerns again to the same desk clerk who again dismissed our concerns.
Liked the shuttle to the convention center, did NOT like waiting for shuttle back to the hotel. Location is great, near the freeway. The room design very cute.
The valet parking only, which includes a daily fee+ tax, was unexpected. The return shuttle from convention center to hotel was terrible. First time we waited for almost an hour, which included 3 phone calls to the hotel, which said it was on its way. we gave up and had dinner, called again, almost 30 minutes standing in cold and rain. I was told the original driver dropped us off at a different spot, so we were waiting in the wrong location. Did not like someon knocking on door of checkout day. Did not need to know that checkout was in 2 hours.
This hotel was very comfortable and family friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods that we well prepared and served hot. The grand kids loved the pool and hot tub
We wished the property was a little closer to main attraction because of the rain. Shuttle was available but busy. Good location if you don't mind walking. We walked and explored on our way to the Space Needle
