Loved how easy it was to get onto the freeway. The layout was nice and fit our family of five really well. Loved the breakfast...nice variety. Some soy milk would have been nice for us that can't have milk though.

I wish there was at least one queen bed...I know there was enough room for it. It is hard to fit two adults into a double. Also the beds where very firm and the blanket used for the pull out sofa was really rough almost worn out looking. The whirlpool and pool need a good update as well. :)

Rooms were comfortable..Bed could have been just a little softer. Coffee was terrific. Nice water pressure in shower. Liked the wifi without password.

No ability to rent movies. Parking was too expensive for price of rooms. Asked for toilet paper, and it never made it up to the room. Had to go and get some.

the staff, so helpful as i do not drive in the city so they got the towncar for me. also when a friend was walking to meet me there one of the staff walked with me in the middle of the night until we found him

while the breakfast was a hot breakfast i was not interested in just scrambled eggs and potatoes.....

Tiny room compared to similarily priced hotels...teeny pool, VERY loud, poor sound insulation. Will not stay there again.

It was a clean running place. Great staff. Good breakfast.

The fold out hide bed was very bumpy. You could feel the springs. The parking was a little high priced.

I reserved this hotel as a gift for my mom and her husband. They enjoyed their stay and liked the room.

The front desk attendant made them pay $15 more because they didnt have the room that I paid for available wich was a room with 2 queen beds. They had to switch to a king wich was fine but when they got to the room on the back of the door the price listing for rooms was there and that showed a king was cheaper than two queens, why did they have to pay more?? Also they could not fathem the afct that my mom wanted all additional charges (parking, Tax and extra $15) charged to her card and not mine. They charged the $15 to mine.

The facility itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

I somehow missed the information about paying for parking and was not expecting it to be valet only. When we arrived we were told that our room was given out so we were given a different type of room for the first night with option to switch after (who wants to pack up and switch?). We were also told that the hotel would comp us a free appetizer from room service. When we ordered they asked if I was given a coupon for the appetizer and had no idea what they were talking about so person at the desk said they would take the coupon to room service. Food still showed up on my bill but they were able to remove it. We asked for towels the second night from the front desk and they promised to send some up, but we did not get them until we had to take some from the pool the next morning. When we got ready to check out they did not have enough luggage carts available so we had to make several trips to get our bags and then wait with fussy children and a pile of bags for the valet. When I spoke with the front desk manager she apologized and said that it was all due to being busy because of the number of guests. I was disappointed that a hotel like this was not able to handle being "busy."

Anne and Marissa at the front desk were extra helpful. They honored a cheaper rate we found online. Breakfast was a nice touch. Decor was great. The online photos didn't do it justice. Great proximity to everything. Free coffee and lollipops were a bonus.

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

Check-in at 3pm (we were able to check in earlier, but if I hadn't called ahead, I would not have known that).

The value was unbelievable for such a clean and updated hotel. Loved that a pool was an activity available for the kids on a rainy evening not conducive to touring. Andit was great to have a nice, hot buffet breakfast for free in the morning.

The Sofa-bed was not comfy, glad my three year-old was sleeping in it and not I! Also, what they call a restaurant would be better classified as "a space to eat from the room-service menu which isn't your room." Felt as though they maybe had to pull some guy from another duty to take our order. And dinner was inoffensive, but unimpressive. Still, small trade off to make; I would definitely use this hotel again, I'd just go out for dinner next time, there are plenty of dining options within a short walking/driving distance.

Great value for the price. Location was excellent for on-off freeway access.

The price of the parking was almost 20 percent of the room cost and I thought that was excessive

A Breakfast schedule may be helpful in controlling too many people showing at the same time. or inform people to avoid showing up between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Parking is an issue as well.
