Close to airport with good shuttle bus.

No local restaurants, ended up back at airport to eat.

Rooms - Good size; very comfortable. Good stopping off point for visits to nyc - drive to Newark and use the path.

Spa out of commission; pool freezing. Limited 'order-in' options from local restaurants.

The location, the option to have shuttle bus to the airport and from there have the option to take the shuttle to the outlet or train station!! The room was clean and spacious!!

Everything was fine. Staff was extremely apologetic for not being able to find the hotel using a gps since it took us 20 mins to get to the hotel even though we could see it on the highway but couldn't find a way to access the site. The price was far better than staying in Hoboken nj on our way to nyc

The fact that our reservations on email didn't suggest not to use gps to get to the hotel. Really! The place is impossible to access so tell your customers this and suggest they use driving directions that you provide via email as an attachment or link to the email reservation. Be proactive and save your customers the headache and complaints to your staff once they arrive. I asked the front desk if they heard this complaint and I was told yes ma'am. 100 times a day. I felt bad for them so I laughed it off even though we arrived at midnight and we didn't even have to deal with traffic!!!!!!! It probably would have taken 3 times as long to get their during rush hour.

Clean, good value, close to NYC. Reasonable rates compared to prices downtown. Very good free breakfast, and complimentary parking. I would choose it again when I visit NYC.

Old worn downed boring typical passed-best-date airport hotel. Very hard to find shuttle airport service, finally we took a taxi 22 $. Took 30 minutes in spite the hotel was suppose to be close by.

First room that we were given had two double beds in it. A movement caught our eye and we saw two roaches stopping to (what appeared to be) mate with each other! Naturally, the roach thing was a bit of a horror, as that's the last thing that we want to bring home with us. I snapped a photo of the roaches and we went right down to reception, informed the staff (showed them the photo), and immediately got switched to a room with a queen bed that was a couple of floors higher up. Roach room was on 3rd floor. Staff did comment that they had never seen roaches in hotel before. Hopefully, they will nip this infection in the bud.

Proximity to Newark Liberty airport and free shuttle service. We were happy to go to this hotel via the shuttle, as route was very convoluted and it would've been a nightmare to have found on our own.

Desk was in a temporary entrance, so guests stacked up in a narrow corridor. Bed was too firm.

they are making works even early in the morning , we appreciated the noise a 7am ... and what a good surprise to find in the bedside table a old and stinking boxer short... and we don't talk about the breakfast.to bad ... Really not a good service for this price .

Mobilier très confortable. Chambre très bien equipée et très moderne.

Un peu difficile d'accès si on ne connaît pas bien la région et cela même avec l'aide d'un GPS.

Aunque esta frente al aeropuerto ,no se sienten los ruidos de los aviones. La atención y amabilidad de los empleados unidos a la limpieza y el espacio del restaurante lo hacen un muy buen hotel.

Leider wurde das Hotel bzw. die Lobby gerade lautstark renoviert, als wir im Haus waren.... aber ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Das Personal war trotz der Lärmbeeinträchtigung ( sie waren dem Lärm schließlich während der gesamten Arbeitszeit ausgesetzt ) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm fand ich auch den kostenlosen Internetzugang, da wir uns aufgrund des damals aufkommenden Sturms Sandy doch häufiger informieren mußten, was nun mit unserer geplanten Kreuzfahrt geschieht. ich konnte so unkompliziert Kontakt mit meiner Firma der Reederei Royal Caribbean aufnehmen, um zu erfahren, ob die Kreuzfahrt wie geplant stattfindet.

wie gesagt : Die Renovierung war durch den Lärm etwas störend, jedoch hatten wir immerhin ein Zimmer im 6.Stock bekommen und da war es nicht mehr so laut. Ich würde das Hotel gerne nach der Renovierung noch einmal besuchen.

Cevredeki butun otellerde oldugu gibi, alan-otel-alan transferi, hem yolculuk hem de alisveris icin cok ideal. Jersey Garden adindaki alisveris merkezine bu sayede cok rahat ulasmak mumkun. Odalar cok temiz, yataklar cok rahat. Kahvalti bekledigimden daha iyi ve cesitli, acikbufesi oldukca yeterli.. Ustelik kahvaltini odaya cikarabiliyorsun.

Aksam yemegi icin, bir restoran olmasi iyi olurdu. bir de kahvalti da plastik tabak olmasini yadirgadim ama, en azindan daha hijyenik...New York City de daha fazla vakit gecirecekler icin, ulasim rahat ve mesafe cok uzak olmamasina ragmen otelden, aktarma ve bilet parasi dusunuldugunde, bu otel 2gece icin ideal olacaktir. Sonraki gecelemelerinizi sehir otelinden yapmanizi tavsiye ederim..
