Nothing - despite the booking they did not have a room and we had to go to another hotel. The GM was meant to call me the following morning but did not. |

The hotel is located near Georgetown (10 min walk) and Downtown (The Mall - 15 min walk). The rooms are huge. It is a great alternative in DC. |

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Location was good and convenient to good restaurants. It is an older hotel which appears to have recently been redone. My "one-bedroom suite" was more like an apartment. |

Staff were outstanding and the room was absolutely gorgeous, similar to what you'd find at a Four Seasons, I'd say. Plenty of room for a family (my son slept in the living room area on a comfortable pull-out sofa) I would absolutely stay here again! The Metro (train) was a bit of a walk (about 10-15 min) but not that bad, except when it rained. Hotel staff gave us umbrellas to use though, so it made up for it! |

When I stayed at the St. Gregory I appreciated the security, polite staff, and the cleanliness/maid service; furthermore, it had an excellent location that was perfect for a Metro commute, a nice walk to monuments and attractions, and very convenient and safe for night life activities. lack of facilities, limited entryways, limited room service items (barely one vegetarian entree), and out-dated curtains (there was not a lot of light in the room). |

We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe suite that was most luxurious.Front desk staff was very helpful when we realized we forgot some toiletries. |

Upgraded at time of arrival.Cleanliness and convienence of hotel. We were awaken at 12:30 am by another hotel guest because our room key was assigned out to someone else after we checked in. |

Location, close to public transport I had a problem with my credit card caused by the way the hotel operates and I had to spend US$ 191,00 in phone calls to fix it... The hotel charged me for the calls which was related to a problem that they caused. |

Agradable bar-restaurante. Hay restaurantes cercanos. Está a 7 u 8 cuadras del metro y eso es mucho cuando uno quiere ir y venir, sobre todo si has hecho compras. Está en el área de Dupont Circle pero tampoco tan cerca. Hay que caminar bastante. |

siamo arrivati la sera tardi e ci hanno dato una bella camera, spaziosa pulita, con grande bagno e un buon letto ma senza armadio avvertendoci però che non era quella che avevamo prenotato e che l'indomani ci avrebbero sistemato meglio. La sera successiva ci hanno dato la "nostra" camera. Ci ha accolto una fantastica musica in un delizioso salottino. Letto enorme, armadio a muro di 4 ante e bagno grande. E' stato molto piacevole addormentarsi con la musica e risvegliarsi con dolci note (hanno un canale di musica classica 24h su 24h, uno stereo in salottino e una radio sveglia in camera). Col senno di poi,mi è un po' dispiaciuto non avere subito la camera giusta, comunque quando siamo arrivati eravamo troppostanchi per protestare e capire e quella che ci han dato andava comunque benissimo. L'hotel, pur essendo silenzioso, non è ben isolato dai rumori della strada e se il vicino di camera è chiassoso si sente. Personalmente non ho sofferto per questo, ma forse cercando il pelo nell'uovo... E' un pochino distande dalla metro, come tanti luoghi del resto (Washington non è ben servita):sul sito ti viene consigliato di scendere a Farraguth Nord, sbagliato, la più vicina è Dupont Circle, una decina di minuti. |
