Pillows were very large
I like the location, Cleanliness, Staff and bed.
Some noise and the internet is not free.
Central location. Wonderful staff.
Unremarkable restaurant. Fairly basic, typical hotel restaurant with no espresso, little selection for breakfast, etc.
It is a great hotel with very nice and clean rooms . Situated in a great place near a cvs and a wallgreens. Very close to DuPont metro station
Staff were Excellent. Location was great, walking distance to usual tourist attractions and to Metro.
Room was clean but didn't feel it, probably due to it being a dark room.
The hotel was pretty
They weren't nice staff
Clean rooms polite and helpful staff front desk especially helpful car valet was quick and pleasing and rates were very reasonable for the D C area would stay here again
Liked the location
Most uncomfortable pillows ever. Booking had a reservation confirmation for a king bed and when we got there they put us in a room with 2 full beds, so we slept in a bed smaller than our queen at home. The TVs are inside the closet which I uncomfortable and not up to standards to the term "luxury" hotel. Parking was very expensive, would have hoped they had a discount for hotel guests.
Good service at the front desk, thankful people, spanish spoken, good cleaning ladies. I'll recommend to everybody. Good relation price/quality. Complementary coffee and Oreo. Bright Shoes service i didnt use but is a good thing!
I understand wifi is not provided but if you pay 12$ you only have access to one device. I use to travel with my cel, computer and ipad and i like to switch between them but im not using them at the same time. Too early to knock the door the day of check out: 8am
Location was good- walking distance to the Dupont circle & White house. The room has a seperate living room, divided from the bedroom with a kitchenette which made it convenient for us because my boyfriend is a light/late sleeper. I could hang in the living room watching TV without disturbing him.
There are pretentious hidden costs like $37/day parking $12/day WiFi fees. Parking is a problem in DC but the Marriott (a couple blocks down) offers $22/day parking. St. Gregory had the highest price for parking we saw.
Perfect location, clean rooms, though the rooms seem to have a central thermal control. I stayed on the 4th floor just off the main hallway-a perfect hideout from all the noise however the windows could do with a little bit of soundproofing due to the howling sirens
The fact that my credit card was charged twice during check in...thanks to my bank it was resolved in no time And also for a 21st century luxury hotel the wifi should be free!!!
Kitchen Pull out couch Two TV's Staff were friendly Walking distance of the white house
Service was very good.. staff was friendly.. room size was very big
Comfortable room and bed. Good location.
AC a little bit noise
One of the most comfortable beds I ever slept on. Well kept facilities. Good location.
WIFI was extra. Did not have an option for room breakfast.
Location is good. Staff are helpful.
Staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean, the doorman always opened the door for us and got us a cab.
It was a little run down. Closet doors didn't open well, wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Clean but run down so it was good enough for as little time as we spent in the room
Hotel location is great and lobby is attractive. Marilyn was fun. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Junior suite was an awkward, dark narrow room with old and horribly mis-matched furniture, which looked like it came from a garage sale. I do not know what a standard room looks like, but I hope it was better than ours (# 610). Price was high, given this low quality experience. We paid for the location.
The room was certainly spacious enough, with a sitting area and a kitchen! And a nice bathroom!
We loved the convinience to the white house an nearby attractions. Hotel was comfortable..cleanat a great rate. The staff was very helpful. We would definitly stay here again an reccomend for others.
Good room, good location, friendly staff
some of the facility is a bit worn out -- not extreme, but ...
As always the St. Gregory provides one with the best service and value i have found in DC.
Good location and friendly reception staff
The prices for room service don't include the surcharge/tax for bringing the food to your room. So my breakfast list at $19 actually cost me $30!!!! This is totally ridiculous. They must include the full price inclusive of all extra costs in the price.
