Luxurious and spacious rooms, butler service, concierge, location.
Alterations in the lobby. only 2 elevators working while 2 were being renovated, breakfast room smallish and crowded.
A Classic hotel, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Unparalleled bathrooms and service. Great location. Concierge was especially helpful.
Elevators service was questionable. 2 elevators are undergoing major overhaul and one if the remaining 2 elevators broke down. Reception lobby was moved to a temporary location. Dining room is smallish.

Location ,and concierge staff was great.
I was told at check out that my Starwood points would be 200 as opposed to the 6000 or more I would have gotten had I not booked through a third party. Was very disappointed as one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the rewards points.
I arrived in the hotel tired from a long drive and looking forward to my room when they told me the reservation I made through bookin.com did not push through.i basically did not have any reservation. They called booking.com cuz they did not know what to do. I had to wait for an hour to get a a room grrr. Booking.com what happen???
