“ I got upgraded from Deluxe Ocean View to Ocean View Suite, which is very nice, coz the room is much more spacious. Thanks for this. The valet parking service is superb, despite the additional 30 USD per day to pay. You'll get free bottled water, and beach towel when heading out to nearby beaches. The location of hotel is just perfect. ”

The valet parking service is superb, despite the additional 30 USD per day to pay. You'll get free bottled water, and beach towel when heading out to nearby beaches. The location of hotel is just perfect. Located at the head of Hanalei Bay makes a good vista of the entire beach, the ocean, in contrast with the charming mountain range in backdrop. Just watching this panoramic view of natural beauty everyday from the hotel made this trip to me one of the most relaxing and memorable trips ever. Great hotel, will come back again.

Excellent staff and service. Beautiful location. Very nice rooms and public spaces. The work-out center is far below expectation for a luxury hotel. It is small, very busy (clearly indicating demand), and poorly equipped. There is only a single resistance machine and two small free-weight benches and some dumb bells. Need to add at least a dozen different resistance machines as well as more cardio and larger space. I enjoyed the hotel but the poor gym is a deal breaker for me for a return visit.
