The facilities were gorgeous and the staff was very helpful. We used the concierge a lot and Leslie was very nice and again...helpful. Also, the doormen were so polite. Our room was missed in housekeeping one day so that we returned at 4 in the afternoon to a messy room still, then we had to leave our room while it was cleaned making us late for our dinner plans. I also would have loved to make a coffee or tea in our room in the morning as most people usually do upon waking. I also had thought that arrangements were all made with a Alex online from the St Regis for a car to pick us up from the airport. But when I called the hotel to tell them our flight had been delayed, they said there were not arrangements made and didn't offer to send us a car.

Our experience exceeded our expectations. We thought all of your staff were very well trained to be friendly to guests. We were there for a marathon and didn't have dressy clothing and when we had friends join us in the bar area one evening, we were somewhat underdressed, but were never treated any differently than anyone else in the hotel. The cleaning staff, and the doormen always were friendly and greeted us as we passed. Very nice, but not stuffy. $29 parking fee for our friends to valet park. We/They declined.

Great location, beautiful lobby, luxurious rooms. The staff was extremely gracious. Upon check-in, the first room they gave us was a smoking room, when we had requested a non-smoking room in our reservation. The staff instantly changed our room to non-smoking and apologized. When we returned to the hotel at 9:30 pm, a wedding band in the hotel event tent was playing so loud less than 20 feet from our room on the second floor that we had headaches within 5 minutes. When we complained, the front desk moved us to a large, quiet room on the other side of the hotel. Because we had been moved twice, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience, which we were very grateful for.

Hotel muito bom, excelente localização. O hotel precisa explicar melhor referente ao café da manhã, eles dizem café da manhã (incluso), o café da manhã é a la carte, depois do café chegou a conta na mesa USS 209,00 ai perguntamos, mas não esta incluso? nos informaram que é USS 50,00 por apto, como estavamos em 02 aptos, tivemos de pagar USS 109,00 de diferença, pq qualquer item que vc pede no cardapio, tipo uma omelete e um suco+café por pessoa, já foi uns USS 40,00 por pessoa, (estavamos em cinco pessoas), acho que de ser explicita esta informacão.
