Staff was very welcoming and helped us and others find the Motel, Goggle instructions put us on the wrong side of the Hi Way...Bed very Comfy , great WiFi connection close to Fort Leonard Wood and shopping..will stay again in December A/C unit somewhat noisy

The price was great. The room was very comfortable. I asked for the first floor and an early check-in and I received. The staff should be more welcoming. The lady who checked me in, blonde, young- maybe 35 yrs., she seemed inattentive. I would ask her a question and she seemed alert, but wouldn't respond. I asked her probably 3 questions during my check-in and no response. Maybe she's deaf? Not sure. Aside from that, I wish that the staff would be more welcoming when guests are going in and out and not always acting suspicious of the guests.

The hotel was great. It was very clean, and very friendly. I was a young female single traveler and I felt safe there as well, its nothing super fancy but if your just looking for an affordable place to stay I highly recommend it.

Overall cleanliness of the Inn was superb. Was not thrilled to find out we had to go to the office for shampoo and the hair dryer. Was a bit overpriced for a double.

My room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign. I asked the staff, and they found one very quickly. I also needed a wire hanger .so I could take a change of clothes to the wedding. The staff had no problem finding one. Everyone was pleasent and nice to be around. I'm more than satisfied with Alliance Inn

Very cost efficient nice staff worked with us to change our room from queen to king size bed hallways smelled like smoke comforter had stains thin walls allowed you to hear everything

Very friendly staff, nice location,clean!! The mini fridge and microwave were nice to have!! Over all great stay!! The single queen bed room is a little small, no room for a roll away bed if one is needed (unless you want to completely block off the door and the bathroom)
