Excellent location/ prompt response to requests/ courteous staff/ quiet room location. We would stay at this hotel again. Fold-out couch/ mattress mechanism was inadequate; thermostat controls unclear; hot/cold water controls at sink and shower unclear. |

Its position is very central being next door to the Empire State Building Air conditioning was controlled centrally rather than in the room. No coffee making facilities in the room. 1 lift which made it very busy in the mornings. |

Excellent - especially helpful staff. Good location. We asked to book a yellow cab to take us to the airport. Instead a private firm was booked and it cost $10 more - disappointing since we'd saved some money for a coffee at the airport and had to go without. |
