Hotel was clean, maid service was good, some reception staff were pleasant,hot water , comfortable bed, very close to tourist sites.Tourist map and directions.Safe

The one lift was annoying for delays. 12 floors and one lift ?? The restaurant downstairs was small for 12 floors of guests. Some days there were long queues to find a seat to eat. Strict policy ...they try to charge you 10 $ if you take your breakfast to your room yourself despite there being no seats available in the restaurant. Reception staff were not helpful about us having a double bed instead of 2 single beds in our room. 2 PC's for free internet were rarely if ever available. Overall services for 12 floors of guests were inadequate for the prices charged.

Good location.

We stayed only 1 night,we liked to be close to broddway.

comfort/ price ratio excellent, for low price of 135 dolars in the center of Manhattan one cannot get better

The main elevator was out of use for reparations however the service elevator although with some difficulties was OK

The hotel was in an excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were big and spacious and very clean.

Only criticism I have is that the ladies restroom in the lobby was filthy. I'm not sure if it was meant for staff only for guests as well. If it is for guests then it should be cleaned, otherwise the reception staff should not give the key to guests. Ensuite bathrooms were in great condition though.

The location was great, next to Broadway, very close to the Empire State Building, and at walking distance to Times Square. The room is large and clean, but no great views.

There is only one elevator and sometimes it takes a while to go down.

The staff was very helpful and very professional, the continental breakfast was a plus, and it is right there in midtown manhatten close to all the transportation you need. its in an exciting area. the staff at the continental breakfast were very nice and very effecient.

even though the continental breakfast was very convienent, it was set up poorly, people kept bumping each other and waiting for the one toaster to become available, definitly need another toaster. The main drawback was the tiny elevator, very small and very slow, capacity is 8 people and that is without luggage.
