Comfortable room, location close to main attractions. The breakfast is small but stands as a good start in the morning. The TV didn't have any tuned channels and only 3 were found eventually. The elevator was not working at the time of my stay, and going up to 9th floor was a bit of a challenge. The freight elevator was an alternative, but too slow, crowded and didn't come a critical time (early morning). |

The hotel was in an excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were big and spacious and very clean. Only criticism I have is that the ladies restroom in the lobby was filthy. I'm not sure if it was meant for staff only for guests as well. If it is for guests then it should be cleaned, otherwise the reception staff should not give the key to guests. Ensuite bathrooms were in great condition though. |

Great position, sufficiently clean and spacious for New York. Location is just perfect! In some rooms the windows face a wall (though they are very quiet). The room we had faced the street instead and can be noisy on weekends although we didn't have any problems sleeping. Although breakfast is included in the rate, it cannot even be qualified as breakfast: only coffee, donuts and bread with butter were available (and sometimes they even finished!!!). |

Good location, nice and competent staff, room was impeccable. Breakfast is a big let down; quality of bread and coffee really despicable. Table and seating arrangement should be reconfigured. |

The location was great, next to Broadway, very close to the Empire State Building, and at walking distance to Times Square. The room is large and clean, but no great views. There is only one elevator and sometimes it takes a while to go down. |

Value for money. Decent service take a kettle though - they provide an iron maybe easier to bring your own. They have two computers with internet access and the lobby shares a toilet with the adjacent korean restaurant. The breakfast is a small buffet of bagels, rolls, doughnuts, coffee/tea and orange juice. Its walking distance to Macys and thousands of Korean restaurants |

The staff was very helpful and very professional, the continental breakfast was a plus, and it is right there in midtown manhatten close to all the transportation you need. its in an exciting area. the staff at the continental breakfast were very nice and very effecient. even though the continental breakfast was very convienent, it was set up poorly, people kept bumping each other and waiting for the one toaster to become available, definitly need another toaster. The main drawback was the tiny elevator, very small and very slow, capacity is 8 people and that is without luggage. |

The view from the hotel room was an inside wall, the room was clean and comfortable. The total cost was an issue because of the tax and other costs are added later. Good location Cost. |

The staff was friendly. The hotel was near the subway and walking distance from Penn station (trains). The elevator was rather small and there was only one (wait a while). The breakfast area was small (too little tables - but some guests were more than taking their time while others had to wait). |

Hotel has a good location. Especially the persons who want to be in the centre of the city Manhattan. It is very easy to access every place in Manhattan. The room was comfortable and big enough. The reception staff was friendly. The worst thing was that the room did not get sunlight as the window looked against the wall of a building. But you would go sightseeing and not stay in the room. In the evenings you don't see sunlight anyway. What hotel can do is to give a better breakfast. They could give cornflakes or muesli, too at least besides donuts. It is not healthy to eat donut every morning. |

it is near to main attractions on Manhattan, near to big stores like Macey`s and saves time for visits the safe deposit box was not in order and it took them 2 days to fix it, we have killed a big bug the minute we entered the room and also limo that they provide and take a fee for it to the airport do not take! Limo driver doesn`t know NY, speaks bad English and we almost lost the flight. We had to leave him and take yellow cab to get to the airport, he was rude, throwing our bags on the street. |

The room is clean, the service is good. It includes breakfast. It is hard to find a good hotel in NY that is not too expensive and is well located. I would highly recommend this hotel. Good value for the money. |

I liked the location, the clean room, and the friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. Needs cereal, fruit and toast and this I think could still be offered within the budget. |

The location and the bell boy service. The staff was not courteous at all. Our trip started with the receptionist almost shouting at us because we did not seem to understand his accent (or the other way around, is what he probably wanted to project). Most of our requests were turned down (ice, water, change of room temperature etc). |
