The Stanford has a nice location and is close by to some important NYC landmarks such as the Empire State and shopping around 34th Street. It's on a street called Korean Way which has some excellent authentic Korean restaurants. The rooms are cramped, but hey, it's NYC! |

Great location and the staff was really friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy but nice. No water pressure in the shower and the water was not very hot. |

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the subway and Times Square. The staff is friendly and the room with bathroom was very comfortable. |

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and quite a luxurious feel. Good location, and breakfast included (although this is quite a simple, continental breakfast). Would happily recommend this to someone looking to stay comfortably in NY without paying sky-high prices. |

Excellent location. Room was clean. Nice walkin closet. Very good restaurants in neighborhood (Little Korea). The price, 300 dollars a night for an average three star hotel is a little too overprized, even in NYC. |

In the middle of the city. Nice part of the Manhattan, Between 5th and 6 Ave (Korean). Good internet connection. Free in the lobby and paid (cheap) wifi in the room. One elevator for so many guesst might be sometimes irritating. Breakfast of course in American Style (donuts and coffee). |

The location is great and the price of the hotel is a good deal. Though my room did not have any view towards the city, it was really quite because it was located between the walls of 2 buildings:))) Yes, the breakfast was not good at all - no variety and unhealthy food (E.G. only bagels, muffins, pastries, doughnuts, etc.). |

Central location - really convenient. Breakfeast included - even if they're not offering a huge choice of things. Staff helpful. Confort of the bed. View from the room - on a wall, but the counterpart was that the room was really quiet. |

Very good location and very closed to the Subway Even considering the money paid, I did not like to wait (even if only 5-10 minutes) every day for the availability of a seat in the breakfast room. Furthermore, the quality and variety of the breakfast should be improved. |

It was our anniversary and the staff placed some items in the room such as wine, after our alerted them it was our anniversary! This isn't a very big complaint, but it would be nice if you could just take a donut or roll with you instead of being asked to wait for a seat for the free breakfast. We didn't want to wait, so we didn't eat there every day after we were told that we couldn't just take a donut and go, which you can do if you come in a buy one as a customer. Other than this--we really enjoyed the stay and the location was great for us to see the sights. |

The breakfast consisted of bagels, donuts, pastry, OJ, milk & coffee. The rooms had dust on the trim & doors and dirt & dust under the bed, and finger prints everywhere. Other then that the service was good, and the location was central to everything, Macy's is right around the corner & times square is a short walk away. We even walked to little Italy one night, it was about a 30 min walk each way. We didn't like the fact that they had a promotion on their website that said : book two nights get one free, but nethier the Stanford hotel nor booking.com would honor that offer because we didn't use the promotion code when purchasing our stay. |
