The locations was ideal for visiting New York We were given a front room but found the street noise to be too loud so on request we were given a room further back. We had no view but slept so much better. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent. We were able to walk to most of the favourite tourist sights and really enjoyed being on Korea Way. Although the breakfast is "complimentary" I really think there should be a bigger selection. We were at your hotel for 7 days and had the same choice every day. Perhaps a bit of jam instead of any cream cheese for the bagels? |

Clean, comfortable and provided a great base for visiting NY. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited - if you're not a cream cheese on bagel fan, take your own jam! |

Good bedrooms, good staff. Room 405 king bedroom was excellent Breakfast in " ele cafe" was a nightmare. Each morning 70 people at a time trying to eat with only seating for approx,35/40. Not pleasent trying to eat breakfast standing in isles with self service tray. Staff had no solution or any other location available. I had a medical emergency, staff were incapable of assisting, went nxt door to raddison hotel to get assistance.!! Nowhere 4 guests to sit. |

Great location between Broadway (Times Square, theatres, Madison Square Garden & Macy's only a few minutes walk away) and 5th Ave with the Empire State just round corner Only 1 lift (and not the quickest) to service 12 floors so be patient at times. Never found out how to use temp control in rooms. |

Convenient location (next door to the Empire State Building), clean rooms, friendly personnel, complimentory breakfast Elevator is very old and slow. They should definately upgrade it. |

The location was fantastic and right next to the Subway. The breakfast included wasn't great, better to go and pay $5 for a decent one instead than be hungry an hour later, and you had to use plastic knives and forks. |
