ロケーションがとても便利。マンハッタンを楽しんだ後、寝るだけに利用すると思えば十分満足できます。

隣とのビルに隣接しているため、眺めは期待できません。窓はありますが、目の前が壁です。

思った以上に静かで部屋も綺麗でした。部屋にも珈琲メーカがあったら良かった。

エレベーターが使えず一々お願いするのが面倒でしたが、親切にして頂きました。朝食が飽きてしまいました。-

the room was very nice - clean, roomy, comfortable - we (and other guests) were upset that the water had to be turned off from 12midnight to 8:30am and we were not told when we checked in at 3pm. Yes -I understand that it was the city however - let your guests know and think about offering a free drink in your lounge to acklowedge the inconvenience.

the lobby needs a makeover- easy to do - just clean and a few new pieces of furniture - take out the fake flowers and paint - update the restrooms off the lobby - they are for hotel guests only and a key is needed - make them nice. The included continental breakfast - someone needs to look at this very carefully - add decaf, add bananas/apples - cut down on the sugar - you can do this and still stay within a budget - this will get you much better reviews.

The location is really great - just a few minutes walk to Time Square. A Metro station is just in front of the hotel. The employees are great, helpful and very kind.

The breakfast is really poor (mainly bagels, donuts). Some rooms are very dark (another wall right in front of the window). Only one elevator which is in use all the time. Wireless internet could be for free.

The staff was really helpfull and friendly. The location was excellent.

The shuttle service to airport that the staff recommended was awful. The breakfast was poor.

We booked two double beds and instead they only had one double available. Very disappointed

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the subway and Times Square. The staff is friendly and the room with bathroom was very comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and quite a luxurious feel. Good location, and breakfast included (although this is quite a simple, continental breakfast). Would happily recommend this to someone looking to stay comfortably in NY without paying sky-high prices.

Excellent location. Room was clean. Nice walkin closet. Very good restaurants in neighborhood (Little Korea).

The price, 300 dollars a night for an average three star hotel is a little too overprized, even in NYC.
