Convenient location (next door to the Empire State Building), clean rooms, friendly personnel, complimentory breakfast Elevator is very old and slow. They should definately upgrade it. |

The location was fantastic and right next to the Subway. The breakfast included wasn't great, better to go and pay $5 for a decent one instead than be hungry an hour later, and you had to use plastic knives and forks. |

Its position is very central being next door to the Empire State Building Air conditioning was controlled centrally rather than in the room. No coffee making facilities in the room. 1 lift which made it very busy in the mornings. |

Excellent - especially helpful staff. Good location. We asked to book a yellow cab to take us to the airport. Instead a private firm was booked and it cost $10 more - disappointing since we'd saved some money for a coffee at the airport and had to go without. |
